Patient had anxiety about getting the second shot and had fainted on the first dose of pfizer. After the shot the patient thought she might faint, never did. Patient was hot, anxious and then vomited. 911 was called

03/16/2021: At around 8:00 am my head and stomach began to hurt. A wave of drowsiness overcame me and I slept from 8:30 am- 1:30 pm. I then experienced body aches and extreme body weakness, thoughts were difficult to articulate and process, and I began to feel nauseated. This continued until 03/17/2021 in which I felt only nauseated, bloated. My headache was kept at bay with acetaminophen.

began with body aches in the knees, took Tylenol and went to bed @9:30pm. Woke up @12:30am with chills, a headache, soreness in the injection site, and body aches in the neck, back and legs. Got up and tried stretching and drinking water. Stoped drinking water when I felt nauseas. Did not throw up. Took Ibuprofen and melatonin before falling asleep about 30 minutes after taking the medication. Woke up @3:00am and chills were gone, only left with pain in the knees and injection site. Wasn?t able to sleep until around 4:45am. When I woke up @7:45 am, I still had slight pain in the knees, I took Tylenol @10:45 am. Pain was on and off throughout the day. I took a hot bath, that helped the pain tremendously. Fatigue throughout the day. After sleeping the day after the shot, all symptoms are gone, only soreness in the injection site.

patient stated she began to develop blurry vision as well as arm soreness. began to breathe heavily due to panic and stated there was numbness going down her left leg. 911 was called and symptoms began to resolve as ambulance arrived.

I felt completely normal after getting the vaccine. Then at 8 pm (5 hours after getting it) I felt heat rushing to my head and face. I became very weak in my legs and I had to lay down. I took ibuprofen at 9 pm because my body aching was very intense. I woke up at 11:30 pm with such terrible body aches I could not sleep and I was crying from the pain. I had freezing chills and a throbbing headache. When I tried to stand up, I almost fell over because I felt so light-headed. I thought I was going to faint. I was so concerned about the amount of pain I was in that I called my doctor and public safety came and checked on me. I couldn't get out of bed for 3 hours. I drank Gatorade and took more ibuprofen. I was able to check my temperature. I had a 101-103 degree fever. The entire next day (Tuesday) I took ibuprofen every six hours. My body was still very weak and aching everywhere as well as a headache. I stayed in bed the entire day. Today (Wednesday) I feel much better??both of my arms still ache a lot and my body feels exhausted.

Prior to injection patient was complaining of being nervous, and permission was sought to proceed with the shot. Patient fainted about 10 seconds after the completion of the injection and was stabilized in the chair. When the patient came to she was complaining of nausea and proceeded to vomit several times. Mother of the patient was present at the time and said that she had a crippling fear of needles.

Systemic: panic attack-Mild, Additional Details: Patient had a panic attack about 5 min after injection. she stayed in the pharmacy under observation for 35 min. a friend drove her home

Patient fainted within minutes after receiving vaccine. Fell out of chair and blacked out. She woke up immediately but felt very confused and shakey. 911 was called and vitals were taken by EMTs. Patient was picked up by her parents.

Pt received vaccine, while walking to recovery became dazed, confused, unsteady on feet. Staff held her and guided her to floor to lie down put feet up. MD assessed summized vagal vasal response. No LOC, No SOB. pt did not hit her head. Applied ice to back of neck, gave water for hydration. VS146/84, HR 60 reg, resp 12, SpO2 97% Pt's . Left Deltoid site benign - reddness - swelling -bleeding. Mother was at her side. stated "she has a problem with needles this happens to her". Provided reassurance. Monitored 30 minutes. kept reassessing condition. Pt stated she felt better. Ok'd to exit with family after 30 minutes. 4/10/21 next day tried to contact x 2 to check on condition , no answer left message, no return call back

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine Chills, muscle aches, mild headache, a sudden reduced ability to hear and see, cold sweat, lightheadedness, disorientation Starting at approximately 1:00 am on 4/08/21 I woke up with a throbbing left arm, muscle aches, a very mild headache, and chills accompanied by bouts of uncontrollable shivering. I experienced these cold like symptoms throughout the night. At around 6:00 am, I woke up with a very mild headache and muscle aches. I took my temperature, and had a 101 degree Fahrenheit fever. I rested, and took my temperature multiple times that morning-- which had been gradually decreasing. At around 11:30/12:00 I experienced a sudden onset of extreme fatigue followed closely by a greatly reduced ability to hear and see, along with extreme lightheadedness and the feeling like I was going to pass out. I suddenly became cold, and my body was drenched in sweat in a matter of seconds. I think the whole experience lasted around 10 minutes, before it eventually began to pass. I could see clearly again and began to regain my hearing, however I still experienced some lingering auditory complications for an additional three- five minutes ( it sounded like a throbbing white noise). After that, I felt a little disoriented and tired. My aunt had taken me to Urgent Care, but they turned me away, saying I needed to go to the ER. However, by that time my symptoms had passed and I was feeling ok. So I went home and rested. By the next morning, I felt I had completely recovered

I got the vaccine at 3:45 arm was sore but I wasn?t worried Later that night around 6 I started feeling disgusting from vaccine so I took an Advil. Around 8-10pm my body started getting chills, I started shaking, I had a headache my muscles were sore, and I started getting a fever. Around 12am all of the previous symptoms got worse my fever was at about 101 and rising and I was extremely tired. At 1am I felt the worst I have ever felt in my entire life. I could barely walk because my muscles and joints hurt and my fever was over 102.5 and I felt like my veins were on fire. At 2 am I moved to my bathroom because the floor was cold and I didn?t want my roommate seeing me cry from how much pain I was in. I have a high pain tolerance but this was the worst pain I?ve ever been in. In the bathroom I was at the peak of the pain of the vaccine. My fever was over 103 all of my previous side effects were worse than ever I felt weak and a little dizzy. I also was having a hard time breathing, my breathing was weak and I felt like I wasn?t getting enough air. I tried looking up on my phone if I should go to the hospital but I could barely pick up my phone to type or look. I dropped my phone and fell asleep in the floor for 20 minutes before I woke up. I walked slowly over to my bed and took a Tylenol and then had a sip of water and felt like I was going to puke. I tried to use my inhaler and I couldn?t hold my breath to use it. I crawled into bed and slept until 11 the next day and was too sore to walk to class all of my joints still hurt and I had a fever of 101 and a headache . I took a Tylenol and around 6pm my fever broke and I was feeling better. The next day I was still too sore to walk to class and had a headache. Today I am still sore but better my lungs still feel a little tight, I feel unfocused , and I still feel dizzy occasionally. I have no appetite and I feel nauseous when I eat so I?ve been eating in smaller portions . Every single day since the shot I?ve felt very tired. I hope these symptoms get better and Looking back on the night of vaccine I should have gone to the hospital.

My whole body got tingly and then I was freezing and had a fever of 105 my head hurt so bad it made me nauseous I was weak I couldn't even keep my balance to walk I couldn't sleep I woke up every 15 minutes because I was so uncomfortable

She felt totally fine after the shot and many hours after. She felt fine to go to a horseback ride lesson at 4. Half way through the lesson she acutely felt like she was going to faint/nauseous (she had a ton to eat that day, had a bottle of water just before lesson, etc. so she knew it wasnt those kinds of things) and then had a crushing headache with a lot of "pressure behind her eyes", dizziness, and a really "strange" feeling like out of body, bawling crying, and started FREEZING. I got there 15 minutes later and she was under lots of blankets, white as a sheet, freezing, said her spine was sore from the top to bottom... just tons of symptoms. When I got her, she moved to my car and had seat heater on high and I had to put all the clothes from a suitcase I had in my car on top of her bc she was so cold and her skin was burning up. I gave her 3 200 advil and a bottle of water. ½ hour later i had a thermometer and even after that she still had 102.3 fever. She was rambling some nonsense and seemed very disoriented for a while. She went straight to shower and laid on the floor of the shower for ½ hour, took cold medicine, and evnetually went to sleep. In the night she was freezing again and the fever had spiked and she took more advil. The next day she felt much better in the morning and fine by lunchtime. She was VERY sick/uncomfortable with basically every symptom under the sun.

Approximately 5 minutes post vaccine, patient reported feeling dizzy, warm and was sweating profusely. Patient was given cold compress for back of neck and wrists. Patient did not lose consciousness but did report dizziness and nausea. Patient was able to hold conversation and reported feeling better after about 5 minutes. Patient was monitored for an additional 15 minutes and reported feeling normal before she left.

Around 5:00 PM the day I got the shot I started to get a slight headache. Shortly after the headache appeared I started to get the chills, I was wrapped up in multiple blankets and started shaking uncontrollably. I then checked my temperature and at this time it was 100.3. I then ate dinner and decided to try and fall asleep. When I lied down my heart began to beat very fast. I tracked my heart rate via a watch and my resting heart rate was around 140 bpm. My fever had also increased to 102. My head ache continued to get worse and I began to have bad neck and lower back pains. I was also having muscle spasm in my calfs. The entire night I could barely sleep because of my high heart rate, body aches, shakes, and the constant change from freezing cold to hot and sweating.

Patient arrived to clinic to receive Janssen COVID-19 vaccine. Patient was accompanied by father. After consenting to receive vaccine, vaccine was given to left deltoid muscle. After about eight minutes, patient started to express feeling strange, reporting that she felt like she was going to pass out. Patient became clammy and pale. Clinic MD was called for assistance. After a few minutes, patient started yawn, with head nodding back. Patient was slow to respond for approximately 30 seconds during syncope. There was no loss of pulse or no s/s of trouble breathing. In clinic emergency response called, along with 911. Paramedics arrived to clinic, received report from MD and nurse about situation. Patient was assessed by paramedics, EKG done and was NSR, blood glucose done, and VS several times throughout incident. Patient was initially hypotensive with BP 80s/60s, with BP returning to 116/62 within a few minutes. Patient was taken home by parents following incident, electing not to go to hospital with paramedics. Patient was in good condition when leaving clinic with directions from clinic staff and paramedics to seek emergent care if needed.

Day 1: Fatigue, headache, feeling hot and then cold, fever, fast and shallow respirations, muscle pain, cold extremities, difficulty sleeping for more than a few hours. Day 2: nausea, fatigue, fever

joint aches initially and then severe headache with a slight fever that lasted at lest 4 hours. Patient took an ibuprofen around 10 pm and finally fell asleep around 1 am. During the next day she had intermittent headaches and had sore joints.

Within 24 hour of the shot I had the typical symptoms, but the following night I broke out in hives while I was trying to sleep. I still currently have some bumps on me.

During obs, member became pale, felt faint, appeared to be hyperventilating and was obviously very anxious. Adult emergency called. Moved to holding room. BP 80s/40s O2 sats 60%, patient hyperventilating, c/o numbness in her hands and fingers. Alert and oriented, talking the whole time and very anxious. Member improved with O2 sats 100% BP 120/56. Observed x1 hr.

Patient became dizzy, lightheaded and shaky. Epi Pen was given, patient felt much better after the dose of epinephrine.

About 10-15 hours after injection - Came down with headache, fever, body aches, fatigue, and night sweats. Recovered fully 24 hours after injection. May 5th, 2021 ~7:30 am (4 days post-vaccination) I stood up from a seated position and then collapsed moments later and had, what my brother described as, a seizure which was followed by confusion, nausea, and fatigue.

Severely bad headache (she has been in tears and didn't want to play video games she felt so bad. She is complaining of feeling like she was going to throw up but that has been for over a month now and has 100% to do with her anxiety. The headache however is related I believe.

On 4/20 at 5-6 AM mother found patient in bed moaning with a decreased level of consciousness/ altered mental status. She was not handling her own secretions. She could not talk. Mother tried to scoop secretions out of her mouth and stimulated her. She appeared very pale and could not hold her own head up. She called 911. She was taken to a local ED. The appropriate amount of carbamazepine pills were found in her pill bottle. She denies overdosing. Mother noted no mood issues or findings that make her think she would overdose. ??Potential interaction between antiepileptic and covid 19 vaccine immune response?? Reduced expression of cytochrome P450 enzymes??

The night of the vaccine: body aches, intense chills, fever, night sweats, headache, insomnia The morning after: Passing out/fainting (loss of consciousness for a couple seconds), body aches, chills, headache. *Symptoms improved with sleep throughout the afternoon of the the day after. Body aches and weakness continued for about 4 days.

At first once I received the vaccine I felt completely fine. Later that evening I started to lose my breath and had a fever. By 9:00pm I was unable to move the left side of my body, had sharp pains throughout my body, and involuntarily urinated and vomited. This continues until 12:00pm Friday, the vomiting and urinating involuntarily stopped but the high fever, body pains, and numbness continued until Sunday evening. Now I still am experiencing random sharp pains and numbness on the left side of my body to the point where I cannot move it at all. I am throwing up occasionally (which has never happened before), and I have had a headache and insomnia since I got the vaccine. Pains behind my eye, loss of appetite and weight loss have occurred since.

Patient passed out a couple minutes after vaccine was administered. She was disoriented when she came to. I give her some Gatorade and she seemed ok for a couple minutes then she passed out again for 30 or 40 seconds. She was disoriented and confused when she came to. She laid on floor for 15 minutes with her elevated and then sat in waiting area with her dad for 20 minutes. She said she felt fine and color returned to her face.

Patient received J&J vaccine and walked to sit down for her post injection wait time. Patient had previously fainted after a vaccine so she was suppose to sit for 30 minutes anyway. Patient immediately after sitting down got extremely light headed, pale, and dizzy. We immediately moved her to the floor and put her feet up. After approximately 3 minutes, patient regained color and was feeling a lot better. EMS was called but father who was with her called to cancel and refuse after patient felt better so quickly. Patient had history of anxiety with shots and it seemed to be truly an anxiety issue.

syncope: Immediately after receiving the vaccine, patient complained of being dizzy, weak, 'turning black' and pale. Her mother said that she had a similar reaction to her HPV vaccine. It looks like this was primarily due to anxiety to vaccine. Patient was instructed to lie down on supine with feet elevated. Patient never lost consciousness. After 2-3 min of lying down, patient was able to get up by herself and was instructed to take a seat in waiting area for 15-20 more min. AFter 15 min, the family left and patient was feeling normal.

I started having heart pain about two weeks after getting the vaccine, it escalated very quickly. I was soon having severe heart pain every 20 minutes, and I pushed through this for a few days before I became concerned and couldn't do my day to day actions with constant stabbing heart pain. I had no prior illnesses or health issues. I went in to my local PMC who gave me an EKG and got me a ultrasound on the area, they then said they say some fluid around my heart, I was diagnosed with pericarditis. They said this was very weird for a healthy 18 year old, and usually I would be seriously ill before this happened. A few months have passed, the treatment has not worked and now I'm going through more medication and testing.

Patient experienced fatigue, nausea and 105 degree fever approximately 10 hours after the vaccine shot. The next morning at the breakfast table she began crying and shouting that she had lost her vision and everything went dark. Within minutes she stopped breathing and her eyes rolled back in her head. Her body went rigid and her mother caught her as she was falling backward in her chair. Her skin was white and her lips blue. I administered CPR and after approximately 4 mouth to mouth breathes she began breathing again. When she regained conciousness she said she could not hear. The paramedics arrived and tended to her.

Woke up day 12 could not get out of bed, extreme joint pain in arms, wrists, shoulders, fingers, neck, legs, ankles, toes... joints "locked" ongoing joint pain, swelling and locking to the point of not being able to walk or use arm and fingers on days. Pain is significant adn affects every day activities.

Chills, beginning at 9 PM and ending at 12 AM, not treated with medicine but went away after lying under a thick blanket for a few hours Pounding headache, beginning at 12 AM and ending sometime after 4:30 AM, ibuprofen was taken at 4:30 AM and the headache was gone upon waking up the next morning Nausea, beginning at 11 PM and ending at 4:30 AM, very minimal at first but became severe around 4:30 AM, went away after throwing up once Vomiting, 4:30 AM, very minimal and only happened once Insomnia, 9 PM to 4:30 PM, may have been a result of the pounding headache, went away shortly after taking ibuprofen

patient passed out shook a couple times and slid down in the chair then a few seconds later woke up scared and unaware of where she was. She was warm and clammy plus felt like she was going to vomit. All complete symptoms of syncope. I stayed with patient and placed ice pack on her back neck area and offered her a drink of water. after about ten minutes she was completely back to norm and i continued to watch her for 30 minutes. she states that she faints every time she receives a flu vaccine as well. she went home with mother after the waiting period.

Patient describes an acute episode of difficulty breathing, tingling in hands and feet and tension in arms and legs. This occurred after the vaccine (woke her from sleep) and has occurred a few more times since then. It goes away after about 45min. Has never occurred before getting the COVID vaccine

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine EUA Symptoms started yesterday, March 9th, with muscle aches in my lower back a couple hours after receiving the shot. The muscle aches spread throughout my body as time went on, and joint pain and headaches came as the muscle aches worsened. I took two ibuprofens, though they had no effect. A bit later in the day, I developed a fever and felt very nauseous. When I went to sleep, I had a hard time staying asleep and ended up vomiting when I woke up at around 1:00AM. Today, March 10th, I continue to have muscle aches, joint pain, a headache, and slight nausea.

Patient began feeling dizzy, warm, and confused shortly after vaccination. The patient was helped to lie down on the floor. The patient remained there for 3 minutes and then pharmacy staff helped patient sit back up. Patient stated she was feeling better and remained in the area for 30 minutes to wait after immunization. I checked in with patient 5 hours after vaccine and she felt fine.

I received the Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine EAU at 1:45 PM. I was very tired around 8:30 PM, so I went to bed. I never fell fully asleep and began feeling worse at 11:00 PM. I had a fever of 101.5 F, chills, muscle spasms, anxiety, shortness of breath, and could not stop crying. This lasted until approx. 4 AM when I finally fell asleep. The next morning I woke up feeling much better. But, for the next 5 days, I have had on-and-off low-grade fevers between 99F and 100F.

National Guard Nurse Note: "1323: approx 10 minutes after Janssen covid 19 vaccine was administered patient c/o feeling 'lightheaded, hot, dizzy, sweaty and shakey'. Pt vitals were taken b/p 100/60, ox/ra 97%, p 70, r13. Assisted to stretcher in a seated position. Pt denies headache, vistion changes, or sob. shis is aox3. Communication is appropriate, no slurred speech. Pt able to smile w/o facial drooping. Given water to drink and ice pack placed behind her neck. 1338 vitals takend b/p 110/60, ox/ra 96%, p 73, r13. Pt states she does have a history of anxiety and 'afraid of needles and coming to the clinic today'. 1345: Pt states 'I feel better'. offered pt a snack but declined. pt denies sob or difficulty breathing. 1400: pt states she feels well enough to leave. Pt denies dizziness, lightheadedness, shortness of breath, headache or feeling of being hot. 1401 Pt assisted to her vehicle, her friend will be driving. Pt adn her friend advised if symptoms return, difficulty breathing or sob, hives, rash or any other unusual symptoms occur to call 911 immedicately." RA BSN 3/15/21 @ 1412

I received the vaccine at 9:00am. At 4:00pm I started to experience brain fog and cloudy judgement. Around 8pm I felt the beginning of a fever. By 10:00pm I started vomiting. Checked my fever at 104 degrees. Had severe Fatigue for the next 24 hours.

At 0830, RRT was called for a 19 y/o F with c/o dizziness, lightheadedness, pain in neck area, and difficulty with vision. At initial meeting, client was pale and stated she had difficulty breathing and had blurry vision, per client, like in ?hyperspace?. Head-to-toe assessment completed. Client was diaphoretic and cool and clammy. Pulse was thready. AA0x4 and tachypneic but has clear breath sounds. PERRLA. Vitals: BP: 100/60, HR: 55, 02: 95% on RA. Mother and father present during this time. No PMH, NKA. Did not take any medications today, only ate a small breakfast. Not pregnant. Client states she had a similar reaction like this with the HPV vaccine 1 year ago. During monitoring/observation time, client?s status improved. Client insisted for EMT/ambulance assistance. 911 called. EMT arrived at 0845. During EMT evaluation, client vomited about 70 ml of clearish/yellow emesis. After paramedic explained options of going home or transportation to the hospital, client opted to be transported to the hospital. Client left facility with paramedics (AMR 332), accompanied by mother and father. Patient transported to Hospital via ambulance.

Approximately 15 minutes after receiving her vaccine, patient reported feeling "light headed". When I was called to help her, she had fainted. She was able to slowly respond to us and was breathing. We placed her on the floor laying on her side. A cold compress was placed on the back of her neck and a pillow was placed under her head. 9-1-1 was called. When EMS responded, she had normal blood pressure and blood sugar, but was still feeling "out of it". She was place on a stretcher and taken to the ambulance, but did not get transported. She had a family member pick her up from the clinic. She was able to walk from the ambulance to the car on her own.

I?ve been fevering and shaking since 4am on 04/6/2021 and it is now 8:51 on 04/6/2021. I have dizzy spells, a runny nose, aching joints, a pounding headache, my eyes ache and burn, I constantly feel like throwing up, and I haven?t been able to sleep at all.

I got my shot at 1:00 pm and my side effects started to begin at 8:30pm. It started off with a slight headache and body aches with pain in my injection spot. My whole body started to shiver uncontrollably. My body aches focused on my spine and I started to become dizzy and nauseous. Around 4:00 am, the worst migraine, I have ever had that encased my whole head, lasted for about 12 hours with hot flashes. After the migraine, my body and head is sensitive to rapid motion and loud noises.

Within the hour after receiving shot, migraine formed along with fatigue. Both progressively got worse through out that day(4/7/21). On 4/8/21 I woke up many times through out the night with a migraine that felt as though my brain was burning and sinus pressure, causing immense eye sensitivity. Throughout the night I became increasingly more sweaty, but didn?t have the proper thermometer to take my temperature. I took ibuprofen (at 6:45 AM on 4/8/21) which helped those two side effects subside (around 8 AM). Fatigue has been constant throughout both days. Around 5:00 PM on 4/8/21 I ate broccoli and rice for dinner, small amounts, and encountered bad diarrhea. It lasted for about half an hour. Migraine is reduced significantly (at 6:41 PM), but there is slight nausea, weakness, and fatigue.

Patient received the vaccine and approximately 5 minutes later, patient passed out and fell out of her chair onto the floor. 911 was called. Patient was unresponsive for approximately 30 seconds. She came to and was very disoriented and her pupils were extremely dilated. The paramedics came and did blood pressure checks and several other evaluations. They advised her to go with them by ambulance to the ER to be evaluated due to falling directly on her face/head. Patient went outside and was evaluated further in the ambulance but was not willing to go to the ER.

About 3-4 minutes after I vaccinated the patient, while she was in the 15 min observation seat, she lost consciousness, her fiance caught her from falling out of her chair. I ran over, and as soon as I got there she started to convulse, therefore appeared to be having a seizure. I help her fiance get her onto the ground safely and placed her on her side, then called for my tech to call 911. The seizure/convulsions only seemed to last 10-15 seconds. She then came to, and was disoriented. Then she felt nausous, and threw up a small amount. The paramedics arrived, checked her out. She said she was felt fine, and refused to go with them to the hospital.

I?m not sure if it?s too important but I had Covid previously and got extreme aches and chills. I couldn?t get up without feeling like my whole body was attacking me and I was attempting to brush my teeth and my legs wouldn?t stay up straight.

Symptoms started around 9:15pm on 4/8 ??Mild Arm Soreness initially ??Fever of 100.0 at 10pm. 101.4 at 11:30pm, 99.6 at 4am ??Chills/Tremors: Stop and Start after a couple minutes. Couldn't keep anything solid down except oranges and bone broth ??Chest Pain after 8:30pm: Put ice pack on chest and it relieved pressure. It feels like something is stuck down my esophagus, even though I have not been able to eat anything solid.

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine EUA Immediately after getting the vaccine, I experienced severe nausea for 10-20 minutes. I experienced no symptoms for 3-4 hours afterward, but then began to develop a low-grade fever, muscle aches, a headache, and became nauseous again. Around 12 hours after getting the vaccine, I developed a fever of 102 F, I began to experience severe muscle aches and cramps in my calves and abdomen. I also began to develop a much worse headache and lost partial vision in my right eye for a few hours. This is when I became violently nauseous, but I was unable to throw up, or defecate. I was unable to sleep during this time, and at 2 am, my nausea peaked, and I threw up incredibly violently and incredibly suddenly. It was so violent, it caused me to pop a blood vessel in my eye, and gave me a sore throat. However, after throwing up, most of nausea subsided. At this point, the vision began to return to my eye. 20-40 minutes after throwing up, I began to experience chills that lasted for up to an hour. Eventually, I slept at 4 am, but slept fitfully, and woke every 40 minutes to 2 hours. At 7 am on the 9th, the nausea was completely gone the day after my vaccination, but the muscle aches and headaches were back. My fever was down to 101, and I took some Tylenol and slept fitfully until 2 pm when I woke up feeling significantly better.

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine EUA About 8 hours after the vaccine, I developed a fever and chills. Then when I went to bed at 9:30 pm I had extreme thirst. I tried falling asleep but my fever got worse, chills worsened, I developed body aches, and I got a massive headache. I ended up not being able to get any sleep at all during the entire night because I was in so much pain. I felt tightness in my chest, stomach pains, super sore joints, and my body aches and headache kept getting worse and worse. When I got up to go use the bathroom I could barely walk because I felt so weak and was super dizzy. Later into the night my legs felt like pins and needles as if they were starting to go numb. I still have a fever, body aches, and a headache.

Fast heartbeat within 3 minutes of injection, slight swelling of face and mouth, weakness, numbness and pain of injection site, red rash on arms and legs, difficulty breathing, losing breath walking short distances, 10 hours later I developed muscle pain all over my body, chills, 102° fever, extreme shaking, difficulty sleeping due to muscle pain/aches, and fatigue.

Patient experienced tingling in both arms and began what appeared to be a panic attack. EMT's were called and took the patient to the hospital where she received IV fluids and was discharged.

By 9:15 pm I developed a splitting headache, I could not look at any light. I tried wearing sunglasses but that didn't help. I was dizzy. I had taken Advil at 8:30 and my temperature was still 100.5. (I kept taking Advil and my temp remained at 100.5.) The pain in my head was the worst I had ever felt and was intense and stabbing .I had waves of nausea, and had extreme chills. I had severe hot and cold flashes. I also had a stomach ache. I tried to watch TV but it was too painful. I was really scared and I did not think the night would end.

Mild symptoms began around 4:30pm (nausea, chills, headache, fever of 101). I took a nap around 7:00pm and when I got up around 8:30 my fever was 102. It continued to go up until it hit 104.6 around 9:00. My chills were gone, I was a little achy and had a headache, and was unconsciously crying even though I was experiencing very little pain. I took some Tylenol, and it went down to about 101 at 10:00pm. It stayed around 101 for most of the night and was back to normal by morning. We had called the hospital and they said there's nothing they can do for vaccine symptoms, but I thought I should report the high temperature.

Started off with a really bad headache and sore arm. Then began chills, severe headache and nausea. by around 9pm. Developed a fever that even with meds still climbed to 103.3. Was dizzy, whole body aches, and felt like she could not take full breaths during the night and could not sleep most of the night. Saturday 10am the fever was down to 100.9 with a bad headache, body aches, very tired, and some dizziness off and on. Sunday the fever was gone, but still soreness in arm, headache and felt extremely worn down.

Patient passed out/syncopal episode with head injury approximately 16 hours after getting vaccine per patient. Patient states she had a headache, fever, body aches, chills approximately 7 hours the vaccine. Patient sustained a head injury/possible concussion with nausea, head pain, irritability after syncopal episode.

That night, around 9 pm - from the time I got the shot until then I was fine. At 9 pm, I came to my dorm and I got hot and woozy. My friend told me that my forehead was puffy (swollen). I laid down and I realized I was really really cold but skin was hot to touch. I think I had a fever. I was shaky and shivery and trembling. I tried to take a nap. Fell asleep for an hour - don't remember that time at all - but my friend told me I went to sleep. My smart watch was telling me my heart rate was 120s and 130s while I was sleeping. I debated whether I should go to the Dr. and I called the school police and they took me to the ER - at 03:00 am on the 8th - and they told me to rest for day and wait it out. I still feel like I have a lot of adrenaline - my watch says that my heart rate is way to high for what I'm doing. It's usually in 70's and 80's but it's in the 120's and 130's every day and I am really shaky with adrenaline. I have had a headache since Wednesday night and it hasn't gone away. If it goes past Wednesday, I will go to my primary care doctor but otherwise no treatment at this time.

Woke up about 1am the morning after getting my vaccine with chills, body aches, and a strong, consistent headache. Woke up every half hour to an hour after that until about 8am. Experienced chills until about 10am. The body aches lasted until about 10pm of the same day, getting less and less severe as the day went on. The headache lasted until about 11:30pm. I took two Aleve to help with the headache around 12pm and it helped fairly well, although it still lingered. I felt nauseous for periods of 5-30 minutes about throughout the day, about 5 or 6 times total. I went to sleep that night and woke up this morning feeling normal besides being slightly tired.

Patient presents headache, lower backache, chills, N/V, photophobia, weakness x 7 hours. Patient reports symptoms have been worsening after being sent home from work at 1430. Received J&J COVID vaccine at 0800.

Insomnia first night, fever lasting a few hours beginning 12 hours after the shot. Body aches and exhausted muscles the next day. Night sweats lasting four days (ongoing), swollen lymph nodes in neck. Left lymph node is the size of an egg, right node the size of a grape. Nodes are getting so swollen it is affecting ability to eat, drink, swallow and talk. Feels as if it is restricting throat. Taken single acetaminophen dose night of the vaccination (4/11/21), and one 4/15/21.

Extreme fatigue lasting over a week, inability to workout without abnormal extreme soreness, poor digestion and nausea for over a week, looking pale and gaunt to the degree of notice by others, overall feeling bad consistently over a week.

DIZZY; HEADACHES ON RIGHT SIDE BY EARS; GROGGY; FELT OUT OF IT; SOARED AROUND ARM; TIREDNESS; This spontaneous report received from a patient concerned a 19 year old female. The patient's weight was 380 pounds, and height was 71 inches. The patient's concurrent conditions included pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, pollen allergy, non alcoholic, and non smoker, and other pre-existing medical conditions included the patient had no history of drug abuse/ illicit drug use. The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, route of admin not reported and batch number: 041A21A expiry: UNKNOWN) dose was not reported, administered on 31-MAR-2021 for prophylactic vaccination. No concomitant medications were reported. On 02-APR-2021, the subject experienced groggy. On 02-APR-2021, the subject experienced felt out of it. On 02-APR-2021, the subject experienced soared around arm. On 02-APR-2021, the subject experienced tiredness. On 07-APR-2021, the subject experienced dizzy. On 07-APR-2021, the subject experienced headaches on right side by ears. The action taken with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. The patient was recovering from soared around arm, and tiredness, and had not recovered from groggy, headaches on right side by ears, dizzy, and felt out of it. This report was non-serious.

She has a history of Bipolar II, dx about 2 years ago. She has been in counseling for the past 5 years. She just changed from effexor to lexapro about 1 month ago. She has been on abilify 10mg for the past ~6months. On 4/8/21 she went to bed around 11pm and awoke on 4/9 around 8:30am. She had her JJ covid vaccine on 4/9/21. She had 2 handfuls of goldfish crackers on the way to her vaccine appointment around 11am. She had ~6-8oz of water when she awoke. She arrived at the Clinic on campus. She sat down for ~5 minutes and then the staff came to get her. She had the shot administered in left deltoid. When she first felt the pain her vision started to go black and she felt like she was going to pass out. She denies feeling hot or dizzy prior to event. Her vision went completely black, then when she "came to" she was bent over in her chair with arms drawn up to body and fists clenched. Immediately her body relaxed and she felt very confused. She was told she just had a seizure - bend forward and had whole body shaking for ~30 seconds. She felt extremely nauseated and had some dry heaving. Someone helped her to the floor and put up her legs. She was told she looked very pale. She felt much better within 5 minutes. Vitals were checked and were stable. She was given granola bar to eat and drank ~12oz of water. No one sided weakness, no incontinence, no tongue bite. She stayed there for ~45 minutes for monitoring. Someone walked her to her car, asked her if she was ok, and then she drove herself home. Of note, the room she was in was warm and they were going to open doors to get some air. She was not ill or tired at the time. After the event she drove for 5 minutes to her home. Once in her room she felt extremely tired and then slept until 7pm (~6-7 hours). She then called Mom. Mom reports that patient sounded different on the phone. Speech was slow and she seemed "off." Mom drove to her and was at her room by around 7:40pm. At that time, patient looked very pale to Mom. Mom took her home, gave her chicken soup. She did not have an appetite. She just wanted to go to sleep. Mom tried to have her stay up until around 10pm. She had ~8oz of water and then went to bed. She slept through the night. She awoke the next morning and reports that her brain felt like it hurt to work. She had chills, body pain, shakiness during the day on 4/10/21. This was easily managed by tylenol q4. Of note, she did have covid19 in 8/2020. She was ill for ~1 week with lack of smell/taste, febrile, shakiness, headache. She had an odd event on 4/19/21 while giving a presentation at school. She had sudden onset of left pinky numbness/tingling with radiated up the side of her forearm. This lasted ~1-2 minutes. However, her left arm hurt for a few hours afterward. She denies any fatigue after event. She has a Mirena IUD. She smokes nicotine via vape numerous times per day. She smoke weed up to 3X/day but not every day. She drinks beer a few days per week.

Systemic: Confusion-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Systemic: Tingling (specify: facial area, extemities)-Mild, Systemic: Tinnitus-Mild, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Mild, Systemic: Weakness-Mild, Additional Details: 5 minutes after vaccine pt felt lightheaded and blurred vision. then passed out. patient advised to sit down then passed out again and started to shake head (seizure like symptoms) for a few seconds. patient was pale, confused and started sweating, fingers were cold to touch. Then her fingers started to get numb and tingly. she was having a hard time seeing colors and she started having ringing in ears. Ambulance was called and they took over.

Pt's throat and tongue and jaw felt like it was swelling. She had extreme pain in her arm and her hands started swelling. She got a rash on her arms and on her hands. I took her to the urgent care facility and they gave her a shot of Decadron and a shot of Benadryl. They also Prescribed steroids. She was very sick like she had a severe flu. I was very worried as her mother. She was weak and slept constantly. Her arm could barely move and It almost appears as if she had had a stroke. She had brain fog and she wasn't remembering her days like she was missing memory. After five days, the reaction started up again so we took her to the emergency room. They did a variety of tests including a urinalysis, CT of the brain, ECG 12 lead, peripheral venous duplex of her upper arm. Everything checked out OK so they put her on more steroids and sent her home. Pt is still having arm pain a month later but finally feels better.

About 10 minutes after my throat and mouth was extremely dry. I went to the EMT and noticed my heart rate was beating fast. They told me to go to ER and I was having a bizarre reaction and also had an anxiety attack, which took a little while for my heart to go down. I was extremely nauseas the following one week and a half. I am no longer having these symptoms today.

First symptoms were fever of 103.5 at midnight on the 28th. I called the RA on call in my university department and they called PD - to come and make sure I was okay. For 36 hours, I felt terrible - couldn't do anything. About 1 1/2 to 2 weeks later, I started getting really severe back pain that made it hard for me to do things - even sitting in a chair caused so much pain or walking or standing for long periods of time made me light headed because it was intense pain. There was one instance, when I nearly passed out from the pain but I didn't as I called for help for someone to catch me. It kind of moves around - the pain - sometimes it's a along my spine and sometimes it's low below my shoulder blades. I'm still having this pain. It's not on the same pain scale as it was a couple of weeks ago. It's more manageable right now. I do stretches and some medications and there are a couple of patches - Salontas - that my dad uses that he recommended I try to use for backaches. I am calling my doctor today to make an appointment.

After administration the patient stated that "it felt weird". She moved her arm around a little and said she was afraid to move it too much. A minute later she said she felt like she was going to pass out. She leaned against the wall and her eyes started to close. I noticed that she was starting to break out into a sweat. I asked it she was having trouble breathing, if her throat felt like it was swelling or if she felt nauseous. She said no, just dizzy and really thirsty and asked for some water. I asked again if she was having trouble breathing or was nauseous and she said no, then passed out. I took her blood pressure, which was normal. After a couple of minutes she started to wake up, although not fully, and asked what happened. I told her I had given her a COVID vaccine and asked if she remembered that. She said yes then seemed to pass out again. I then decided to call 911. A minute later the patient woke up. I asked how she was feeling and she said better. After a minute she asked if she could sit up and I said yes, as long as she felt she could. I took her blood pressure a second time. By the time EMS arrived the patient was fully alert, we were having a conversation and she said she felt fine. EMS checked her over but she refused to go to the hospital. I had her sit a few more minutes while I filled out her immunization card. When she left she said she felt completely fine.

This 19 year old female received the J&J vaccine Monday morning. That afternoon, she experienced uncontrollable crying and then extreme fatigue. As the day went on, she developed the worst headache of her life that made her unable to fall asleep due to the extreme throbbing. She also experienced the chills and vomiting. After a restless night, she felt better the next day besides a minor headache.

Mother called to report pt having the following side effects: fever 102.5, whole body muscle aches, headache, anxiety and shortness of breath. She stated she went to bed around 10:30pm on 7/12/21 with not issues and when she awoke about 2am her daughter was on the couch crying and in pain from the body aches and headache. Mother calling to report event and questions about seeking medical treatment. Advised to go for evaluation or call emergency services if pt is having difficulty breathing or is short of breath.

was sitting in a chair in the waiting area and within 5 minutes of receiving her vaccination she experienced an episode of syncope and her head and upper body slumped over to the side. A customer in line noticed and rushed over, then the pharmacy technician running the register noticed and pharmacy staff ran out to assist. The syncope only lasted for a couple of seconds before she jerked herself awake. I brought her into the consultation room and she declined to lie down but requested to sit. She drank water but refused any other food or drink. She said she felt better but was visibly shaken up from the incident and was crying. She refused any medical treatment and declined when I offered to call EMS. She called her dad and asked him to pick her up. Then she sat in the consultation room for a few more minutes and left.

After the vaccination, patient reacted in a couple of minutes. She had stressed breathing, body started to drop and she started to sweat. Patient seemed to have loss consciousness for about a minute so we helped her lie down on the floor.

Headache, chills, fatigue, tiredness, blurry vision, and sleeplessness; was not able to fall asleep the night after the dose. Lots of pain and soreness at injection site. Had a severe headache the next morning (relieved with acetaminophen), and had a difficult time seeing up close for about two hours despite using my corrective lenses, which made the headache worse.

Immediately after receiving vaccine, a cold, tingling, transient sensation was experienced radiating from the site of the injection up into the neck. Roughly 6 hours after injection (1 a.m., 3/9/2021) severe chills were experienced for approximately two and a half hours, preventing sleep. Patient experienced dizziness. spO2 was within normal limits. Temperature was measured w/ oral thermometer to be 101.3 degrees farenheit at 4:55 a.m. in the morning on 3/9/2021. Treatment was a single dose of ibuprofen at roughly 8 a.m. (3/9/21). Pt. continued to experience fatigue and sporadic chills, with gradual abatement of symptoms over the course of the day. Pt. had no symptoms the following Wednesday (3/10/21). Pt. experienced symptoms the following Thursday (3/11/21), with a sudden onset of intense stomach pain (8/10 on NRS) starting at approximately noon. Stomach pain was more similar to muscle cramps (with aching quality) than nausea. Other symptoms included fatigue and some feverish experiences (such as chills). Treatment was conservative (ginger tea, peppermint candies, rest). Temperature taken that evening via oral thermometer (roughly 7pm, 3/11/21) was 101.4 degrees farenheit. Symptoms were significantly reduced the following morning, Friday 3/12/21. Temperature taken approximately 10 a.m. was within normal limits.

Extreme fatigue, headache, sweating, chills, shaking, nausea, muscle cramping, difficulty breathing, and dizziness beginning approximately 6 hours after the vaccination. It was so bad that it caused me to stay in bed all day the day following the vaccine and I had to stay home from school and work. Today I am still extremely fatigued and have a bad headache and dizziness. This was not relieved by the maximum dose of Tylenol.

about 15 hours post-shot, felt achey. For the next 8 hours I had muscle and joint aches. I felt relief when I slept, therefore I was in bed all day resting. My head was a bit foggy, I couldn?t do too much. I took an advil in the afternoon, and I was fine by the evening.

Fever reaching a high of 101.7 degrees F, whole body muscle aches and pains, migraine, shivers, fatigue, unable to get comfortable enough to sleep, severe facial pain and headache

It started with my teeth chattering and chills, but no fever yet. All of the muscles in my body had a severe tremor, and I had trouble with simple tasks like filling my nasal rinse bottle, because the tremor was so bad. My jaw was smacking the entire time, so hard that the headboard smacked against the blinds. Then I checked my temperature and it had gone from 97.5 to about 99.5. The symptoms got worse, and added in excessive thirst, pain at the base of my head where it meets my neck, pressure under and behind the eyes, severe lower back pain, muscle pain escalating on the right side of my body only, nausea, pain across the top of my forehead, and a weird heat sensation under my fingernails? Maybe and hour or so passed, and my fever rose to above 101, and I tried to go back to sleep. By this point the tremors were over, but slight chills and every other symptoms remained. I took my temp later and it was 102.7, and I again had all symptoms except the initial tremors. I also had tachycardia (super rapid heartbeat) and got dizzy for a second and have a little trouble focusing my vision when I sat up in bed.

03/08/2021 Patient stated her vision was blurred after receiving Janssen vaccine. BP 135/42, HR 59, RR 20. Patient stated feeling anxious whenever she is receiving a vaccine. Patient states that she ate breakfast. Patient allowed to rest. Breathing exercises encouraged. Patient stated her vision returned to normal. Patient rested for another 15 minutes. Patient stated feeling better. BP 109/62, HR 63, RR 18. Patient left in stable condition with mother.

Patient fainted after injection. Mom was with her and stated she has done this in the past with vaccines or giving blood. Becomes very anxious and has needle phobia. Mom put cool pack on back of neck and wet cloth on forehead. Also gave water as she was waking up. She was fine and ready to go in about 20 minutes.

I have chronic tension headaches and yesterday my headache wouldn't go away even with over the counter medication. I felt overall achy but still able to get up and do what I needed to do. Once I went to bed though, I woke up around 2:00a sweating, achy, and with a fever. I couldn't fall back asleep very easily and once I woke up around 7:00a I confirmed I had a fever. I am currently still bedridden with a fever, complete body aches, and slight feelings of nausea. As of right now it is 8:56a 04/06/21 and the symptoms haven't gotten any better. I haven't taken any medication since 04/05/21 at 6:15p ish, which was to treat my headache from yesterday.

Severe chills beginning at midnight, stopped at 1:30am. Developed headache. 3:30 am fever developed of 100.9, took tylenol. 8:00 am developed neck and back aches. Fatigued from not sleeping through the night.

Woke up in the middle of the night with fever and chills. Work up next morning with headache, body aches, fever, chills, really sore arm. At 11AM, checked temperature, and it was 102; Took extra strenght tylenol and she napped for 3 hours. Took another temp at 1PM, and she was back down to 98.4. As of 5PM, about 24 hours after the shot, she is doing much better and is only experiencing injection sight pain.

Hives on my arms and stomach developed within 15 minutes of receiving the vaccine at 2:16. I left the facility after 30 minutes because the hives did not get any worse and I did not experience any other symptoms. At home about 8 hours later, I started feeling exhausted, weak, and my body was literally shaking whenever I stood. Overnight, I felt feverish, I had the worst nightmares, and woke up every few hours. On Friday (next day) I felt dizzy whenever I moved, nauseous whenever I stood, and once when I was standing too long I started vomiting. On Friday evening I went to a local ER (all the urgent cares were closed) at my primary care Dr?s suggestion to ensure that I wasn?t having an allergic reaction to the vaccine. The ER determined that the hives were likely an allergic reaction but all other symptoms were reactions due to the vaccine.

I began feeling a migraine at 3pm. I took a nap and woke up at 6pm feeling extremely ill. My temperature was 101.5F and my entire body was in pain. I took two Tylenol as suggested. Over the course of the entire evening, I was vomiting profusely; I vomited approximately 10 times. By around 10pm my extremities became numb and I could not walk without assistance. I could not think or speak straight. I nearly fainted every time I tried to sit up. I tried to take ondansetron for vomiting but proceeded to vomit the medication as well. I wanted to go in to the ER because I felt like I was dying, but I do not feel financially comfortable doing so. All symptoms remained consistent until about 3am when I was able to sleep until 7am. I woke up with several bouts of diarrhea, intense nausea, and head to toe muscle and joint pains, as well as numbness and tingling in my arms and legs still. It is now 5pm the next day and I still can't eat or stand for too long without feeling faint. I still have diarrhea and strong migraine.

Last night (around 9:00 pm) I became very nauseous and had a severe headache, chills and nausea. I took 2 Tylenol pills and went to bed. At 11:00pm I became extremely ill with a fever of 103 F and vomited 4 times consecutively. I went back to bed, still with a fever and chills. At 12:30 am (April 9th) I again started vomiting again (around 3 times). I then went back to bed and fell asleep. I woke up around 8am (April 9th) still feeling feverish, with chills and a severe headache. I have no appetite and no energy to get out of bed as of right now (11:00am).

Patient fainted 1 minute post vaccination. Patient said experienced arm pain and felt off immediately after vaccine. Patient came to within one minute of fainting. Blood pressure was checked and was in range at 119/90. Patient was slowly given water and started feeling better. Patient was also given orange juice and crackers. Blood pressure was taken again at 122/82. Patient experienced feeling cold and some yellowing of hands as well. Patient has a history of fainting when giving blood and is afraid of needles. After 50 minutes patient felt much better and left pharmacy. Followed up with patient after 2 hours and patient stated felt fine.

Began with a head ache and slight dizziness followed by shaking/chills, after a while with those side effects I took ibuprofen. Later that night I had a fever, body aches and I woke up nauseous in the middle of the night. Other than being very tired and sleeping very late the next day all side effects subsided by Sunday March 14th.

Brought to recovery cot to lie down with feet elevated. Ice pack to back of neck. VS taken 122/80, HR 67reg strong, rest 12 reg non labored, SpO2 97% no LOC, no SOB, no V. Left deltoid site benign - redness - swelling - bleeding. Changed to monitor 30 minutes. Pt stated he was anxious about getting the vaccine. after 10 min pallor, dizziness, diaphoresis and nausea subsided. Provided reassurance, provided water for hydration . Vasovagal response to vaccine. pt stated "I feel much better" Ok'd to exit after 30 min.

At about 8pm the night of the day I got the vaccination, I began to experience pretty bad muscle & joint pains from my hips down to my ankles. I was also going back and forth between being very cold and very hot. I have not gotten a fever so far. The pain was so bad that I wasn?t able to sleep at all. The following morning, today, I am still experiencing pain in my hips, thighs, and knees, as well as a faint headache every so often.

Per patient email on April 14, 2021: "I experienced pretty serious abdominal pain that I felt in my reproductive area as well. I did have muscle pain in my hips and legs. But I did not really have a headache besides just fogginess. I received my vaccine at 9:00am and they started around 6:00pm. I left work early and went home where I slept and woke up the next day feeling back to normal."

Around 5:00 PM after having gotten my shot, I arrived home from a drive down to meet my sister. Precautions were taken, masks were worn, safe social distance was maintained and I have no reason to believe any of the symptoms I experienced upon returning home were related to anything other than the vaccine, particularly since first that is how vaccines work and second one of my friends who was vaccinated at the same time as me at the clinic was going through similar pains. It started as a discomfort in my intestines or possibly just below my stomach in general. I thought my pants were too tight but just in case I let my mom take over driving the rest of the way home. When I got to the house, I had about an hour of usable time left before I went into a complete state of delirium. We're not sure how high my fever actually got before my mom woke up and checked in on me at 9:00 PM, but after having pulled the covers away I registered at 102.5° F. I was screaming in a half-awake and half-asleep nightmare, trying to get someone to come help me and unable to get anyone's attention. I would, as a result, like to insist that it be added to recommendations to not be alone after getting the vaccine! For the whole first night! I believe that I genuinely could have died. My brain was melting for lack of more proper medical terminology, and I stopped being able to understand and speak my own first language in an incredibly confused state. This was entirely a result of two simultaneous factors: Fever and Chills. First, the fever made my skin ache. Wearing any clothing hurt. But once I took off my pants in exchange for some breezy shorts, I was covered in goosebumps and feeling frozen even though it was solidly in the 70s. I claimed under blankets and still couldn't get warm enough. The backs of my thighs were insanely hot in comparison to the fronts of them, so I just warmed my body under 3 layers of blankets trying to get the chills to go away. I did that for about four hours during which time I was basically constantly screaming incoherently.

Once I started driving the headache was back but I was driving so I couldn?t do much. Almost pulled over because I was getting over whelmed but ended up making it back to my dorm. Once I got back I changed and laid down in bed hoping to fell better. Things started getting worse from there. Throughout the rest of the day my head ache and dizziness got worse to the point where I was pretty unsteady on my feet. Chills and body aches also started and progressed rapidly despite no fever. My nausea was present in waves but eventually dissipated around 8 PM. I tried to go to bed around 11 hoping to sleep off the symptoms. I began tossing and turning. My chills were really bad and it got to the point where my skin was so sensitive that the clothes I was wearing touching and rubbing against my skin were hurting me. I was so dizzy and light headed to the point where it didn?t matter if I was laying down or sitting up, I felt the same, extremely dizzy and lightheaded as if cotton were in my brain or as if it were working too slow. It was like trying to process thoughts through molasses. Then around 1:30 I couldn?t take it anymore and thought maybe a quick shower would help me to at least feel better so I could sleep. When I got in the shower I immediately knew things were worse. My vision started going black at the edges and black spots in the middle to the point where at certain moments I couldn?t see. I was fighting to stay on my feet and conscious and it was hurting to breathe. I knew I needed to get help so I stumbled to my dorm and collapsed when I got in the doorway to my room. My vision was spotty, my chest was hurting and I could barely breathe. My hands and feet went numb as well, I was shivering, and my body temperature was a little down to about 98.1 degrees Fahrenheit. I was transported to a hospital via ambulance my vitals were normal except elevated heart rate and O2 and was admitted at 2:40 in the morning. I received a chest x ray and my heart rate was better. The dizziness was under control by then. I was discharged at 4:50 in the morning.

Johnson and johnson covid-19 vaccine eau March 20th - allergic reaction to covid vaccine Johnson & Johnson. Allergic reaction started approximately 2 minutes after receiving shot. It started with itching and redness on my arms and upper chest. After approximately 10 minutes, I knew something was wrong and I signaled an attendant. They immediately brought me over to the EMTs on site, where they looks me over and started drawing up IV Benadryl. In the time it took for them to draw up IV Benadryl and insert the IV, the hives on my chest started to turn into burning and ice sensations intermittently. As soon as they administered the IV Benadryl, the itching redness and hives on my arms went away within a couple minutes, and I was left with only redness on my upper chest. They felt comfortable with me getting a ride to the ER from my dad and not getting emergency transport. At the ER, they gave me pepcid and prednisone. About an hour and a half later, I started developing chest tightness and hives and redness on the side of my face. They decided to administer more Benadryl and start epinephrine. I was discharged a couple hours later. March 22nd - I went back to the hospital, with complaints of severe stomach pain. The stomach pain lasted approximately 24 hours. March 20th to march 26th - I experienced extreme fatigue. I was exhausted to the point where on Wednesday I took a ten minute shower and by the end of it I had to lay down again because I was shaking from exhaustion. Symptoms improved slightly until April 5th where it started taking a turn for the worse. April 5th - I started noticing black spots in my vision that wouldn't go away. They didn't move and they stayed in one spot for hours until I fell asleep and then they'd be gone the next morning. They usually started around 8:00 or 9:00 at night. Sometimes a couple hours earlier. They came every day until Friday April 9th when they did not come. April 5th to present - I also started noticing light-headedness, motion sickness when I stood still or sat in a chair, nausea, neck pain, and periods of muscle weakness in the neck. These symptoms have not stopped. Friday April 9th around 6:45 p.m. I started having a bad migraine, I noticed in the bathroom at work my eyes were dilating over and over and over again rapidly. The pain was very high. I ended up leaving work early and going to the emergency room. While at the emergency room they treated my migraine with a cocktail of Benadryl, toradol, and compazine. It reduced the pain at the time, however it did not take away the migraine. Friday April 9th to present - My migraine has continued from April 9th and is still happening. I have been having severe light sensitivity, sound sensitivity, and trouble reading. The rapid dilation of my eyes stopped April 10th, however my eyes stayed dilated until April 12th. In addition to all of my other symptoms, there are others that I am not as positive are relevant. I have asthma and it has been worse over the past couple of weeks, it it is not usually worse this time of year. I've been also been having quite a bit more light bruising than normal over the past two weeks and over the past one and a half weeks I have noticed red spots all over my skin. I was not sure if these red spots were normal or not because I do have them on occasion however these are darker than normal.

Starting less than 12 hours from the injection, the adverse effects started with a bad headache and light sensitivity. Within an hour the adverse effects evolves to severe chills, fever, body aches, fatigue and nausea. A few hours later all symptoms continued and worsened. Fever spiked to 102, nausea turned to vomiting, chills made the skin hurt from any touch/pressure, muscles aches made pain continually radiate all throughout the body, headache turned to a migraine. Extreme tiredness pursued, but symptoms dwindled over the course of three days.

The patient's height, and weight were not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions included headache, and other pre-existing medical conditions included the patient was not pregnant at the time of vaccination. The patient was previously treated with acetylsalicylic acid/caffeine/paracetamol for on and off headache. The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, route of admin not reported, batch number: 1808978, and expiry: UNKNOWN) dose was not reported, administered on 03-APR-2021 for prophylactic vaccination. No concomitant medications were reported. On APR-2021, the subject experienced feeling bad. On APR-2021, the subject experienced on and off headache. On 04-APR-2021, the subject experienced joint pain. On 05-APR-2021, the subject experienced mucosal ulcers on vagina. On 05-APR-2021, the subject experienced canker sores on labia. On 05-APR-2021, the subject experienced mucosal ulcer on labia. On 05-APR-2021, the subject experienced feverish. On 07-APR-2021, treatment medications included: benzocaine. Additional treatment medications (dates unspecified) included: ibuprofen. The action taken with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. The patient recovered from joint pain, feeling bad, on and off headache, and feverish on APR-2021, and had not recovered from mucosal ulcers on vagina, canker sores on labia, and mucosal ulcer on labia. Stabbing pain in muscles and skin, severe aches in joints, especially knee pain, jaw locked in open position, hallucinations, nausea, weakness. All lasted for entire night until around 4am. Joint pain, aches, weakness continued for another day. Knee pain continues now.

Patient received Janssen covid19 vaccine, she was sitting in post-vaccination waiting area, when she became little headed. Patient closed her eyes and slumped over in chair and fainted. We brought patient to the floor and she came to. Patient stated this commonly happens after vaccines or giving blood as she has anxiety of both. She also stated she did not eat anything all day. Patient was given ice pack and remained in post vaccination waiting area for 30 minutes. Patient stated she felt fine shortly after laying down on the floor.

I feel inclined to file this report in hopes that someone could study how receiving this vaccine affected my endometriosis. Please understand that I?m a proponent of vaccination and building herd immunity; however, women?s health is important and we have a right to be AWARE of ALL side effects. I?ve done my best to research this topic and was able to find very few sources on how COVID-19 vaccines impact menstruation. Aside from the lack of statistics, I found forums on social media platforms with women explaining how their menstrual cycles became irregular some way or another. I did experience the common side effects of fever, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, soreness, and fatigue. In addition, I experienced severe cramps, back pain, thigh pain, groin pain, and nerve pain associated with the sciatic and obturator. I?m happy to be vaccinated because my immune system is far from the best, but if I were to have known that I would be unable to walk from the pain radiating from my back, pelvis, and thigh I would?ve opted for Moderna or Pfizer. At this point in time, I would NOT recommend the Janssen vaccine to someone with endometriosis. At that, this vaccine should be nowhere near as political as it is! My healthcare providers should be more willing to validate my symptoms, rather than saving face with the validity of the vaccine. I was told since my menstrual cycle is irregular I must coincidentally be getting my period, BUT I have not experienced any bleeding nor even spotting. I have no idea what the vaccine did to my body, I have no clue why it would induce such severe pain. I?m glad that the ?normal? symptoms have subsided by the second day, but the nerve pain complicates walking long distance or carrying heavy objects. I think I?ll eventually make a full recovery in the upcoming days, but this experience was so frightening. I laid on the floor for hours crying after I vomited up everything I had eaten. I couldn?t sleep because I couldn?t bear to lay down for long durations of time- and by that I mean more than ten minutes. It genuinely felt like I was getting my period, but whatever it was led to no external bleeding. Again, I?m grateful for the scientists who dedicate their lives to such integral work. I just wish I would?ve known about what was internally happening to my body beforehand, I would?ve chosen a different vaccine.

There were no symptoms until much later in the evening. Around 8:30 PM, I felt fatigued. A little later I had chills for about 30 minutes. Then I felt nauseous and went to the restroom down the hall (I was living in a dorm). I did not throw up, but I had a pounding headache which only got worse. I also felt very hot and the cold floor was welcoming. I laid on the floor in the bathroom but felt too awful to sit up. Someone found me in the bathroom around 10:00 PM and called campus safety, which came about 20-30 minutes later. She determined that she could not give me medication on the spot and that she had to take me to the hospital. We arrived at the ER around 10:45 PM. The nurses and doctor took my temperature and found I had a 103-degree fever. Because of my pounding headache, I couldn't hear very well. The doctor gave me a shot of 60mg of Toradol at 10:56 PM. He then gave me instructions to alternate tylenol and ibuprofen every 3 hours, increase my fluids, and only do activity as can be tolerated. I left the hospital around 11:25 PM with a huge headache, but better than when I initially walked in.

At 15 minutes past vaccination patient is crying. When asked if she is ok, she doesn't speak just keeps crying. Then her eyes roll back in her head and she proceeds to pass out. She comes in and out repeating this process for 5-10 minutes. Patient is non verbal during event. Once Patient came to, she knew her name, year, and president but did not know what day it was.

PT AND PT BOYFRIEND HAS NOT EATEN SINCE YESTERDAY WILL GET SOMETHING TO EAT CLOSER TO FLIGHT GATE. DOES NOT HAVE MONEY TO TAKE LATER FLIGHT. PT REFUSE ANY FURTHER MEDICAL CARE DUE TO MONEY

Heart rate 160+ beats per minute, chest pain, heart palpitations, low blood pressure, dizziness, shortness of breath, dehydration, migraines, hallucinations, COVID-like symptoms, chills, muscle spasms, fever of over 103 degrees Fahrenheit, vomiting, diarrhea, POTS. I have gone to the ER 5 times since the date I received the vaccine on April 6, 2021. Symptoms are ongoing. I have been referred to and seen by a cardiologist, gastroenterologist, and mental health practitioners as a result.

From about 4:00 p.m. until about 10:00 p.m., Patient had a headache, extreme chills, and a fever. From about 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., with varying intensity where she was able to sleep for an hour or so and then get woken up by the symptoms, she had at least a 103.5 degree fever, intense chills that caused her body to aggressively shake, excruciating pain throughout every part of her body that caused her to cry out in pain (she said it hurt more than anything she has ever felt), an intense migraine that was so bad it felt like her head was splitting open and her eyes torn out, shortness of breath and hyperventilating that caused her to repeatedly black out and weave in and out of consciousness, and extreme weakness to the point she could not move at all. She also said her muscles were aching and cramping and that her heart was pounding so hard it felt like it was hitting her rib cage. She wanted to call 911 because she didn't know how much longer she could hold on to consciousness, but was too weak to grab the phone, and her calls for help were weak and indecipherable. (Also, only her sister was home at the time, and she went to bed with earplugs in and couldn't hear patient.) From 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. many symptoms subsided, but there was still an agonizing pain in her kidneys (or adrenal glands?) that pulsed through her whole body. At 7:00 a.m. she woke up, and all the symptoms were gone, except for the area around her heart feeling strained. Two days later she called the nurse hotline and took ibuprofen as directed. The area around her heart gradually improved and seemed fine about two weeks later. Patient thinks she may have had Covid over a year ago because she remembers losing smell and having some chest pain that, for a couple of months, prevented her from exercising as she usually did. However, she never got tested because her symptoms were very mild. For her, getting Covid was a much better and less life-threatening experience than getting the Covid vaccine.

Client was seated in observation area and fell to floor, hitting face on floor. Client immediately jumped up with a disoriented expression to her face. Client was assisted to triage area by staff and assessed per this nurse. No visible injuries, bruising or discoloration noted. Client denied any pain or discomfort. BP 128/74, HR 88. Client had a strong marijuana odor but denied any use prior to receiving vaccine. EMT was called and came and assessed patient. She was alert and oriented to self, place and time. Client had friend with her and was able to ambulate out of facility.

On Tuesday at 12:20 PM Johnson & Johnson Vaccine was received in my left arm After Vaccination until bedtime (around 11 PM) was sleepy but no other symptoms presented themselves. On Wednesday at 01:07 AM woke up to a terrible migraine, nausea, and cold sweats. Could not go back to sleep. On a scale of (least)1-10(most) was a pain level of 6 or 7. I also could not stop shaking. At 2:03 AM developed a fever of 101.3 F. Sat in a cold lukewarm shower until the fever broke. Was able to go back to bed. Spent all of Wednesday inside. Migraine and nausea still present. Intensified with bright lights.

At around 11 Pm 10 hours after I took the vaccine, I experienced chills, then a fever, and extreme fatigue. The chills lasted for around 4 hours, and eventually my fever went away with it. I shook so hard my back, and my joints started to ache. I couldn't sleep because I was having hallucinations from the fever and the pain would wake me up every hour, I also had a headache. The next day my back still hurts, my head still hurts despite medication, the shaking has subsided. Yet I'm sweating, I'm still very weak, I can't stand up without getting super dizzy or experiencing extreme fatigue. If I think of food I feel as if I'm going to vomit just drinking too much water can make me ill.

Client reported as being anxious about the vaccine and was pale, nauseous and light headed. 02 Saturation was 98% Pulse 91 and blood pressure 118/77. Client was released after being monitored by EMS and Dr. Advised to seek medical attention later if needed and verbalized understanding.

Immediately after injection: dizziness, nausea, light headedness, temporary loss of hearing, blurred vision, abdominal cramps, fever. 1+ Hour after injection: severe abdominal cramps, nausea, severe headache (severe pain behind eyes specially when eyes were open), chest pains, upper back pain, pain in all joints (primarily hips), muscle aches over whole body, fatigue, chills, fever, trouble breathing, light headedness Morning After Injection: full body ache, severe fatigue, trouble sleeping, fever, chills, body sweats, slight chest pains, even more severe headache. 24 -36 hours after Injection: reduced muscled aches, fatigue, headache, pain at the sight of injection.

Began feeling lethargic and had a bad headache at 6pm on April 1st. I took ibuprofen to tame it. Began having cold chills 10pm. Took more ibuprofen to tame. Went to bed around midnight. Woke up at 10:30am feeling miserable. Very bad cold chills, painful headache, and body aches. I took Dayquil and covered up with lots of blankets and went back to sleep. Did not sleep well and sweated off the blankets. Woke up at 1:30pm feeling slightly better. The rest of the day I experienced mild headaches and slight chills in the evening.

Fever Severe shoulder pain, limited mobility, arm weakness Both started once I woke up on Saturday. Could not sleep from the shoulder pain and it is still extremely painful

Starting about 12 hours later I started feeling off, weak and achy. I wasn't able to sleep all night, sweating, aching. When I got up the next morning I had nausea all day and complete loss of appetite. My head hurt, my body was achy, and I fought throwing up all day on 4/3. When I woke up 4/4 my appetite wasn't fully there but I was feeling better. Now 4/5 and 4/6 I'm feeling normal.

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine EUA Headache started around 5:30PM and progressed into migraine by 7:30PM. Full body aches, severe bone pain (low back/neck), sensitive skin, hot/cold flashes, dizziness and sleep difficulties continued all night even after 1000mg of tylenol. Symptoms continue this morning (8:00AM) but to a far lesser degree. On a scale of 1-10, the level of pain was ~8-9, and unrelenting.

Numbness in Left Side of face, so far has persisted for 6 days after the vaccine. Included Left side of mouth, left cheek/cheekbone area, and left eyebrow to midline. Felt like there was lidocaine in my face. Dizziness: still getting bouts of dizziness while sitting down and walking, world feels like its spinning Brain Fog: struggling to maintain train of thought, memory problems Fatigued Feels like there is a knot at the base of my throat, feel it when I swallow liquids, does not inhibit swallowing but is a nuisance Fever- lasted for 3 days Chills- lasted for about 24 hours Muscle pain and aching, soreness at injection site, intense shoulder and neck tension is still present but decreasing Headache- 4 days Ventolin Inhaler needed to be taken twice during the worst of the effects, asthma symptoms, specifically coughing and wheezing, have been continuing but decreasing Felt like vaccine exacerbated asthma symptoms Chest tightness, as though someone is sitting on my chest(not one of my usual asthma symptoms)

Received vaccine 04/09/2021 at 9:13 AM. Experienced light concentrated headaches around 11pm on the same day. Around 12:30AM 04/10/2021 when trying to sleep experienced cold and hot flashes. On 04/10/2021 4:00AM experienced more hot flashes. From 7:00AM till the time of filling this form (9:00AM) experiencing noticeable back pain (uncomfortable) - muscle pain concentrated on the back. As of 9:00AM 04/10/2021 no other side effects.

Pt went to her car and did not wait for 15 minutes after receiving the vaccine in the designated area. She called the Clinic located in our same facility reporting she was about to pass out. The nurse checked her blood pressure which was low and gave her water. After about 10 minutes the patient returned to her normal state. The patient ended up just having a panic attack.

Minutes after shot: felt slightly faint, tingling in feet and fingers, nauseous, sense of taste was off. Nausea and altered taste lasted about 3 hours. Insomnia beginning 10 hours after shot. 14 hours after shot: headache, fever 101, pain on left side of chest/spleen area, severe left arm pain, pain in left shoulder and forearm, fatigue, loss of appetite.

Started to feel woozy and weak at 5:30pm, headache with sore muscles starting at 6:30pm, went to bed at 7:30 when couldn?t stand up anymore. At 8:00 chills started, along with a feeling of all my muscles contracting , lost the ability for fine motor control and fell asleep at 9.pm. Woke up at 12:45am covered in sweat feeling as if I was burning with a splitting heavy headache, had fever, don?t know temperature new house so no thermometer but it sucked. dunked head in sink. Legs could barely support me so I couldn?t go down the stairs for pain medication, went back to bed. Got cold washcloth at 1:00am pain felt pretty unbearable, couldn?t make it downstairs or move at this point so I spent night in and out of sleep unable to move. Muscles still feel like rocks and my head feels like it?s stuffed with a mixture of Vaseline and nitroglycerin, every time I move it feels like my brains smashing into my skull with little explosions. Recent development within the last 5-6 hours maybe?(3:00-4:00pm) centralized over my breast bone feels incredibly painful, hurts to breath and feels like something heavy is pressing it through my chest into my spine. Not sure what to do or if this is normal but it hurts really really bad. Accurate hours because I was lucidly texting my friends to make sure I wouldn?t pass out, so I have nearly exact hours when each symptom appeared till I could no longer use my fingers.

Had the shot at 1 pm and by 9 pm, I started feeling nauseous and achy . Then around midnight I spiked a 102.8 fever. And all night I had extreme chills, stomach ache, headache and diarrhea. These symptoms lasted about 24 hours. I called the nurse hotline because I felt so bad.

Several hours after getting the vaccine, my back spasmed out and the pain was continuous and I still have the upper back pain today. That same evening I developed the chills, stomach pain. The next day I began experiencing a fever, headache, nausea, light headedness, dizziness, chills, back pain, lock jaw, some numbness on left side of face, zoning out or spacing out. My period also came two weeks early. I had some throat irritation as well as the feeling of being weak and some neck stiffness. All these symptoms seem to have gone away by Sunday evening, if not Monday morning. Except for the back pain, the nausea, and the throat irritation and some head pain and some numbness in face seem to have persisted.

Fatigue, dizziness, trouble moving, thinking, and functioning for 24 hours after receiving the vaccine. Tylenol has allowed me to function, but the side effects are worrisome.

Chills: I had chills when I was trying to fall asleep. I was cold but I felt my body hot at the same time. I took 1 pill of DayQuil Severe + VapoCool (Acetaminophen 325 mg, Dextromethorphan HBr 10 mg , Guaifenesin 200 mg , Phenylephrine HCl 5 mg) It lasted about 40 minutes. Then I fell asleep. Fever, headache and nausea: I woke up an hour later with fever, mild headache and nausea. It lasted about 4 hours. I took 2 pills of tylenol and had a shower. Started feeling better afterwards but I was too tired because I wasn´t able to sleep. I was okay the whole day but too tired. Then, I got a fever and headache again around 6 pm. Fell asleep for around 3 hrs and woke up feeling better.

I did not receive immediate treatment following the vaccination. This occurred two weeks after my vaccine. My symptoms, nausea, dizziness, mental fog, severe and 11 out of 10 full body contractions and cramps. My heart rate was fast, tachycardia and trouble breathing. My doctor said that it is allergy symptoms but I did not have any difficulty breathing before my J&J vaccine. I saw Dr. , as well as Dr. and Dr. . I also saw a lead nurse. . I am still having respiratory issues, and pain when breathing and unable to fully respirate. My Sat O2, is 99-100 on average.

Pt rec'd COVID vaccine and presented to the observation area. Sat for about 5 minute sand flagged staff down. Stated she felt "woozy and shaky". Was diaphoretic and pale. Given water. Denied other s/s. State dshe "saw blood after the shot"and became light headed. BP WNL. Drank water and fanned herself. Remained sitting upright and conscious. Denied any other s/s. After about 10 minutes, pt reported s/s resolved. Pt sat for rest of 30 minute observation period without c/o any other s/s. Stated she felt normal. Ambulated from facility without difficulty. Discussed pulling over when driving if feeling return of s/ sand calling emergency services. States understanding.

- weakness in my body - muscle aches - headaches - fever of 101.3 lasting for almost a full day after - confusion -chills - soreness around injection site - redness around injection site (all the above lasted almost 24hrs, from 7pm the day of the shot until the next day around 7pm) I also have a hardness under the skin at the injection site that has persisted a week after. It?s a hard lump, shallow and it?s sore to the touch, it used to be hot and red, now it?s just tough.

Significant fatigue for the past two months. Not able to do her normal day-to-day activities without taking a break or taking a nap.

The next morning I was awoken by intense full body aches and pains. I had a fever with chills. I suffered from nausea but no vomiting.

My lips were burning and pulsating, my upper lip had gotten a dry bump. I had tried throwing up once but all I could do was gag. The next day my body felt tired and I had slept the majority of the day my arm had also hurted. My seasonal allergies were bothering me so I took Benadryl only one before bed. Today I woke up my arm is still hurting although not as bad. But I'm still tired I felt like I haven't slept enough but I had gotten about 7 or 8 hours of sleep.

Dizzy, Sweaty, Lost Vision Temporarily, Hearing muffled, Sensation of needing to urinate, Chills, overwhelmed, numbness in hands

Immediately after receiving vaccine patient started to feel nervous and anxious. No trouble breathing. Patient says she suffers with this normally and often have panic attacks. Gave patient some water and pretzels since she had not eaten anything all day. After 15 minutes observation period patient was fine.

Myalgias for 17 hours on day of vaccination that completely resolved. Myalgias and weakness started 4/15 and continued progressively for a week before presenting to the clinic. Lab results showed rhabdomyolysis with CPK of 204,900 U/L and elevated transaminases (see levels below). Referred to Emergency Department where she was admitted to the hospital for IV fluids. Creatinine never increased and CPK/transaminases trended downward until release from hospital. At clinic follow up visit on 5/6, patient reported resolution of pain and weakness although she doesn't quite feel 100%.

No concomitant medications were reported. On MAY-2021, the subject experienced swallowing hurts a lot. On 12-MAY-2021, the subject experienced didn't sleep very well. On 12-MAY-2021, the subject experienced tired. On 12-MAY-2021, the subject experienced headaches. On 13-MAY-2021, the subject experienced cold. On 14-MAY-2021, the subject experienced throat swelling. On 14-MAY-2021, the subject experienced hard time to swallow. On 14-MAY-2021, the subject experienced left side of neck area hurts. On 14-MAY-2021, the subject experienced swollen left side of the neck. On 15-MAY-2021, the subject experienced left side lips numbness. The action taken with covid-19 vaccine was not applicable. The patient recovered from didn't sleep very well, and cold on MAY-2021, tired on 12-MAY-2021, and headaches on 13-MAY-2021, and had not recovered from throat swelling, hard time to swallow, left side lips numbness, left side of neck area hurts, swallowing hurts a lot, and swollen left side of the neck. This report was non-serious.

The first symptom I experienced was a high grade fever that reached 103.5 degrees Fahrenheit. The fever lasted from 2:00pm on May 10th (the day it was administered) until 2:00 am on a May 11th (the early hours of the day after it was administered). Some weakness, as well as muscular soreness in the left arm persisted in the insuring days. The reason why I chose to report my experience is because something that I thought was abnormal happened. On the evening of May 15th, as I was putting on my pajamas, I noticed an irregular mass in my left breast. As I examined it further, I realized that this mass was not there previously and warning shots fired off in my head, immediately. I immediately asked my grandmother to do another examination of my breast, and she confirmed my suspicion that there was a foreign mass located above my nipple in my left breast. It was difficult for me to closely monitor this mass as it was difficult for me to think about it as it triggered emotional distress. I asked my mom to do an examination and she also noted the mass. A little more than a week later, I noticed that the mass shrunk. Since everyone in my family was on edge for nearly a week suspecting that a 21 year old female in their family could possibly have breast cancer, this caused my family to consult my grandmother?s doctor, and have her assistant contact me about what could potentially be happening. Her assistant spoke to me over the phone and communicated that it is important for me to have the mass formally examined and for me to receive a mammogram. She also mentioned that many women who have received the vaccine also noticed irregular lumps in their breasts after receiving the vaccine. I want women in my age range to be aware that they might notice lumps in their breasts after the vaccine and not to experience the same emotional distress of thinking that they have breast cancer when it could be inflammation occurring in their lymph nodes as a result of being administered the Covid vaccine.

On 05/25/21 at 03:23PM patient received the Janssen Vaccine Covid-19 and 10 minutes post administration she had 2 anxiety induced seizure (pseudo-seizures). The first seizure lasted about 2 minutes, followed by a second seizure that lasted approximately 30 seconds. The patient stated she's gotten anxiety induced seizures in the past, but never after a shot administration. She was fine for 10 minutes, then said she felt a seizure onset. We lowered her and placed her flat on the ground. Her heart rate was around 100bpm and blood pressure 140/90. The paramedics came to the scene and took patient to Hospital to get checked out.

Patient's mother stated her daughter experienced vomiting, restlessness and burning chest. Side effect concerning them both is the burning chest which has not abated since it began. Recommended patient call primary physician to determine if they need to be seen. Patient's mother reported no difficulty in breathing, just that it "burned"

Date of vaccination (4/28), fever of 102 F, resulting in loss of sleep. A week later (5/03), singular hives began to appear on arms and legs, resulting in loss of sleep. Much worse the next day (5/04)- clustered hives accompanied with burning rash all over arms and legs. Benadryl anti-itch cream only enflamed them more. Vomited the next morning (5/05) and made an appointment with healthcare clinic, despite hives and rash subsiding overnight. Doctor ruled vomiting as an effect of prescription medication, but rash and hives as a result of a reaction to the vaccine. Next day and the day after,(5/06-5/07), had a few single hives appear on body. Haven't had any more appear since then, and I've felt fine.

The patient's height, weight, and medical history were not reported. The patient received covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s (suspension for injection, route of admin not reported, batch number: 1821288, and expiry: unknown) dose was not reported, 1 total, administered on 31-MAY-2021 for prophylactic vaccination. No concomitant medications were reported. On 28-MAY-2021, the reporter received 20 vials of the JANSSEN COVID-19 VACCINE which they kept in the freezer (the reporter did not know whether they received the vaccine in a frozen state or at fridge temperature). They took out 2 vials out of the freezer and moved into the fridge on the night of 29-MAY-2021, 1 vial on the night of 30-MAY-2021 and 1 vial on the night of 31-May-2021. On the same day the patient fainted after vaccination because she was anxious, the vaccine was kept in the freezer after delivery, thawed overnight and kept in the fridge till vaccination and poor-quality vaccine administered. On 01-JUN-2021 at 12:30, they took out the rest of the vials. The action taken with covid-19 vaccine ad26.cov2.s was not applicable. The patient recovered from fainted after vaccination and anxious, and the outcome of the vaccine was kept in the freezer after delivery, thawed overnight and kept in the fridge till vaccination and poor quality vaccine administered were not reported. On Sunday, the 13th, I started to have scratchy throat; felt like sand in my throat every time I swallow. The following day, I started to have sinus congestion and sore throat and sneezing. Then the following day, the symptoms continued and I had to leave work early. That Tuesday, I lost my sense of taste and smell for a couple of hours but the next day they came back. I started to get better. Thursday I had high pulse and oxygen levels were a little high for the normal down to 95 and 96 and my usual is 100. I had a doctor I work with listen to my lungs and he couldn't hear anything. 15th I had a visit not with Primary care whoever was covering that day, they prescribed me with a nasal spray. ER heart rate was still high and they did blood work; X-ray; EKG; rapid Covid test and PCR negative result; everything came out fine. No treatment. But diagnosis of Upper Respiratory Infection. I had another visit with dr after ER visit for follow up.I still have the cough.

The patient stated they were fine for the first 15 minutes after the injection, but as they were getting up to leave I could see her color was not good and I made her continue waiting . I got out an ice pack and put on the back of her neck and she leaned forward on another chair to try to get the blood to her head. She started breathing heavier and complaining of her stomach hurting and not feeling well. She was sweating and crying. We called 911 and laid her on the floor with a cushion under her head until they arrived. The patient continued to cry and complain of stomach pain and could not open her eyes. She also had no strength to stay upright. Her blood pressure was elevated at 163/100. The patient was taken by ambulance to the hospital.

Rash across chest and neck (about three minutes after the shot, went away an hour later), fever 103.5 by 3pm that day, nausea and vomiting by 8pm, panic attacks and night sweats throughout the night and the following day. Fever wouldn?t break with Tylenol for two days. Cramping in left calf to present day.

The night of my vaccine date (6 hours after) I was fatigued and started a fever with chills and acheyness which kept me in bed all night. I got up to shower and get some food as I was going upstairs I grew very faint, my vision grew black and my hearing faded. I was able to make it to my bed then ask for some help. After taking Tylenol, my fever began to be very hot instead of chills. I was able to fall asleep until I woke back up to chills again and taking more medicine. The next morning, I was still dizzy when I walked around but the fever was gone. I was still very fatigued which made me unable to go to class or work. Day 3 I was back to my normal self.

pt looked a bit disoriented after administration and then fainted. after asking if okay a couple times, she came to, and said she was okay. We had her lie down on the floor and she said that made her feel better. She said she had a buzzing sound in her ears and that decreased with time. She said that is a normal symptom of when she is having a panic attack.

headache and feeling ?high? about an hour afterwards. fatigue persisting. seven hours later (12 am) fever 100.5, severe chills and shakiness and a migraine type headache. nausea came sometime after 12 am.

Originally, I started with random muscle aches in my left shoulder then it went down my back (a few hours after receiving vaccine). Then slightly fogginess and at night the muscle pain became worse making it difficult to sleep and started getting cold flashes. Once asleep around 12:30 I started getting muscle aches that felt like they were burning and in random spots on body along with a headache and would get random cold and heat flashes. Kept yelling out in pain all night and increased tremors in hands. Boyfriend noticed I had a fever as well and gave me ibuprofen around 3am since pain was unbearable and was difficult to sleep. Almost took me to the hospital due to the intense pain.. In morning slightly better but still frontal lobe pain and aches throughout body with raised heart rate. Cannot do much or else aches get worse including headache.

Received vaccine 3/19 and then woke up 3/20 with fatigue, chills, nausea, diarrhea, congestion. Pt's symptoms were improving as far as congestion, but fatigue was so severe that pt did not feel that she was able to drive herself around and has missed work as a result. Sx ongoing as of 3/23 at 9:30 am.

Severe chills, tremor approx. 6 hours after injection(8 PM). Initial episode of chills/tremor lasted roughly one hour before calming. Recurrent chills of lesser severity followed for approx. 4 hours after, on and off. Fever ranging from 99.4-101.0 followed. Skin sensitivity akin to "feeling like a sunburn", muscle ache, and brain fog followed the next 30 hours.

Light headed Vomiting Nurse monitored. Pt improved after 30 mins, water and granola bar. Date: 3/23/2021 Problem: c/o Dizziness Notes: Pt was being observed after injection and stated she began to feel "dizzy and lightheaded. Provided pt with privacy and began to take VS. BP 166/71 P 72 O2 98% BS 91. Pt stated she previously has felt this way after injections and was anxious before the injection. Pt vomited one time. Pt stated she would just like a drink and snack. Water and granola bar provided per pt request. Pt observed by this nurse for 30 minutes. Pt stated she felt much better. BP 102/63 P75 T97.8 O2 99%. Pt alert and oriented x 4 and left in private vehicle.

when my shot was inserted into my arm it felt like the whole inside of my arm from shot injection cite to my wrist was constricting, I was in a lot of pain. woke up at 2 am with a searing headache, felt like I was going to throw up, my arm throbbed at my injection cite, I had a lot of diarrhea. got maybe 2 hours of sleep that night

Pt passed out, diaphoretic, anxious. Quickly came to. Left with mother to go to urgent care for evaluation.

Patient received Covid 19 Janssen vaccine, about 10 minutes after administration patient started to get really hot. We applied cold clothes to the neck and head and patient felt like she was going to vomit so we also gave her a bag just in case she got sick. She started looking very pale so we layed patient on floor. She started to panic that she wasn't going to go to work and eyes were rolling in the back of head. Called 911 for patient and I stayed with patient, I took her blood pressure which was normal. Patient became fully alert again and stated she was feeling a little better. The ems checked her blood pressure and blood sugar and released the patient.

Experienced chills beginning at 2am the following night, followed by a fever of 100.6 degree which peaked around 5am. Following this, I was fatigued and felt overall unwell and unable to do work until 4pm the next day (24 hours later).

Pt had very terrible pain in the back of her hips and lower back beginning at 3am the night she got her vaccine, similar pain to menstrual pain/cramping. Pain was severe enough to cause her to cry; it lasted for 1-2 hrs and then she took tylenol and was able to fall back to sleep. riday morning when she woke up, pain was barely there, some achiness. Then symptom completely gone over 1-2 days. She also noticed left face/hip with raised red areas that looked like she had been bitten by ants on 4/2 (day after receiving vaccine). This rash was gone in one hour and no symptoms since.

Around 5 hours (8:15) after receiving the vaccine, swift onset of chills, nausea, and fever. Symptoms progressively worsened and by 10pm experience rapid heart rate (110 to 130) and chest pain at rest and had trouble breathing deeply. Could not fall asleep due to difficulty breathing and headache and chest pain. At 11pm, began self-administering diphenhydramine (50mg) and Ibuprofen (400mg) every 4 hours. Was able to fall asleep at 4am. Symptoms improved upon waking at 8am, but chest pain and breathing difficulty remains as of 3:30pm April 9th (24 hours since injection)

My daughter got the shot at 1 pm on the 8th of April, 2021. (My daughter & I both got the shot at the same shot at the same time). By 11:00 pm my daughter started complaining with feeling dizzy. She kept saying she felt like she was going to throw up, meaning she was nauseated. She was complaining with her bones hurting. We both got these symptoms at the same time. We both stayed in and out of the shower letting the shower water just run on us. I had to give her ibuprofen because she complained of a mild headache & the pain all over her body. She couldn?t sleep at all. She cried. It had her scared. I fully believe she?s having an allergic reaction to the Janssen shot. I have fully read the Janssen ?fact sheet?. My daughter was having hot flashes & cold sweats. She has ongoing symptoms & it?s been 2 days since receiving shot including fever. She was having what I thought heart palpitations. We both swelled up causing our bodies to feel tight. We both were healthy before receiving the shot. We?ve never had covid nor tested positive. We are currently going to receive a check up by a doctor. The side effects of this medication is dangerous & doesn?t compare to flu like symptoms.

The night I got my shot, my entire body was freezing and I couldn?t sleep at all because my entire body was in so much discomfort and pain, especially near my rib cage area in the front and back. The following day was the exact same, except my front rib cage didn?t hurt anymore (only the back). I was extremely fatigued and I couldn?t sit down because my body hurt so much. The worst symptoms were the sharp ear and neck pain (by the ears). It was a sharp, sporadic pain, but it still hurts a lot. It?s now been 2 days since the shot and the neck and ear pain is now more frequent, though my fever and some of my muscle sores are now getting better. I also feel extremely nauseous, like I?m going to puke anytime soon.

Patient was brought to the ER by firemen due to in and out consciousness. Patient was with boyfriend who caught her as she was falling. Patient did not hit her head. She did state that she has passed out in the pass once after receiving a vaccine, but not regularly. She states she does not have a fear of needles when asked by fireman.

7:00pm- start to feel really cold, develop a high fever and chills and eventually go home to lay down. 8:30pm- uncontrollable shaking and high fever maintains and I develop I very bad migraine, I can't feel my arms or legs and everything sounds like my head is underwater (I think this might have been a migraine but I've never had one). When I stand up my vision goes black, and I develop joint pain, muscle aches, and very bad nausea. 9:00pm - I take 500mg of aspirin and all of my syptoms persist for ~30 minutes when suddenly my fever breaks and I'm sweating underneath my 3 blankets and I can think again as long as I don't move my head. Everything still sounds weird and my stomach and joints still hurt but I go to sleep. 4:00am- wake up crying from the headache and with a fever again so I take 500 more mg of aspirin and set an alarm to take more at 10am. 10:00am- I feel exhausted and really weird, I take only 250mg of aspirin and sleep the whole day. 4:00pm - I wake up feeling so much better. Kind of achy and still very nauseous, my ears still ring when I stand up. 4:00pm yesterday - now: I kept movement at a minimum and was still nauseous throughout the day but was able to eat at around 9pm. I think I may have had a low grade fever on and off last night but the headache has thankfully stayed away and other than a little bit of arm soreness and weakness I feel back to normal today.

I?ve received the vaccine on Sunday and have been having nervous twitching ever since. It has now been over 72 hours since I?ve received the vaccine and the nervous twitching up until now is starting to get worse.

About 7 hours after receiving the vaccine I developed a painful migraine. The pain was very intense behind my left eye like there was a needle being poked in from behind. Some nights the pain is so bad it hurts to lay my head on a pillow or I wake up all through the night because of it. I took tylenol the first 4 days then stopped. I tried to see an urgent care about it but they told me they couldn?t help me due to the vaccine type.

PATIENT HAD PANIC ATTACK FOLLOWING INJECTION, HYPERVENTILATING, FELT FAINT, BECAME SWEATY. SYMPTOMS RESOLVE WITHIN 30 MIN. PATIENT ALSO REPORTED NAUSEA AND STOMACH UPSET FOR 2 DAYS FOLLOWING INJECTION.

Mother gave me lot # which is Moderna lot#201A21A, but the vaccination card says Janssen which does not match up with this lot#. Mother reports that she had the vaccine, had no symptoms, and then started with a fever that evening of 103. She was having cold extremities, numbness, tingling of the arms, face, legs. The fever dropped and went away and was having fatigue and getting winded doing regular activities. By Monday she continued with the shortness of breath and go increasingly worse as the days went on and also the. By Wednesday she was having chest pain, numbness and tingling of her extremities and shortness of breath. She went to the hospital, gave her IVs, says her BP was elevated and sent her home. Mother told her to sleep and see how she felt. By Thursday night 4/15/21 she screamed out because she was having chest pains and having chest and pains and not able to straighten out her hand and could not catch her breath. She was then taken back to the hospital and said that she her BP was high and said that she had the Janssen vaccine, and said that she was hyperventilation due to anxiety. Once they got her stable and released her again. Mother asked the doctor if he felt that this was normal, and could see her throat contracting and that she was stable and to go home, and he said yes and that it was anxiety and that sometimes we get ourselves worked up about things and that was causing it. The daughter has no history of anxiety, no breathing issues. They did labs and everything was okay, her counts were somewhat off but nothing felt to be abnormal. She then went to another Hospital as she was still not feeling well, and checked the other reports from the other hospital and they conferred with that information, gave her Valium and sent her home. As the evening progressed on Friday 4/16/21 she started having chest pains and her girlfriends mother is a nurse and came and saw her and called the mother and told her that she did not like how she was looking, and that her SOB and weakness in her extremities and the tightness in her chest was not right and that she felt that she had a PE. They took her to another location, she had extremely high calcium levels, and high blood pressure and her heart rate was high and she was admitted. She has been on flushes to reduce calcium, and her blood levels are improving. She is on Warfarin to prevent clotting. She has had a CAT scan and other studies and all were negative. She felt better yesterday, but she states today that she is not feeling as well, she is nauseous and gave her Zofran, has a headache, and they gave her something a little stronger than Tylenol. She is extremely fatigued and weak. Mother said that she saw her on Sunday 4/18/21 and that she was not able to walk, they had to put her in a wheelchair, and her grandfather walks faster than she can. They are presently getting her up to get her to walk and see how her strength is, 4/20/21. They are now waiting to get her levels under control and to see if she is strong enough to go home. Neurology released her from their standpoint as they did not see anything, but she is to FU with them afterwards and want to do EMG's as an out patient.

I received my J&J vaccine at around 3:00pm. By 10:00pm, I was feeling very tired and achey and went to bed. I woke up at 2:00am with a fever of 102.5, a terrible headache and unbearable body aches. I took some ibuprofen and tried to go to bed but began vomiting. This lasted for 3-4 hours and I was unable to sleep. The next day I began to feel better in the afternoon but by 6:00pm the fever and aches worsened again and I began vomiting uncontrollably, about every 10 minutes. I couldn?t keep anything down, even water. I had a virtual urgent care visit and the doctor ordered me to go to the emergency room. At the ER, the doctors determined I was severely dehydrated. I received 2 bags of IV fluid, nausea medicine and pain medicine. I spend about 3 hours in the ER before I was sent home. I had to keep taking nausea medicine to prevent vomiting for the next day or so.

4/2 vaccination 4/8 severe HA, leg, arm, lower back pain, chest pain, diarrhea, bad anxiety with shaking 4/9 PCM (NP) appt; CT scan of abdomen and blood panel 4/10 felt worse, nauseous. Diarrhea continued 4/11 At 11PM, pain right side of neck, to jaw, and toes turned purple. 4/13 PCM; vit D prescribed as they were extremely low, extra strength Tylenol release for leg and arm pain, ordered a D-dimer for possible blood clot. Doppler for right leg. COVID; neg 4/17 chest pain was extremely severe. Radiated to L arm. Went back to ER. EKG, CT Scan, BNP. All normal. Stated probably really bad heartburn. 4/19 Prilosec. I called my dr on 4/22 to follow up. They told me to keep eye on BP as been elevated thru this whole thing. 4/22 My chest, arm and leg pain with HA are still present despite Tylenol and Prilosec. My PCM said to come back in . She prescribed Prednisone and Pantropical and did a blood test to check for inflammation which was normal. I have been taking both medications since Tuesday. *My HA still present. My right side still has pain and I still have chest pain.

PATIENT RECEIVED THE VACCINE AT 9:00AM, SAT IN STORE FOR 15 MINUTES AND LEFT THE BUILDING. AT ABOUT 9:20 SHE CAME BACK TO THE PHARMACY SAYING SHE IS NOT FEELING WELL AND FELT WEIRD. PHARMACIST ASKED HER TO DESCRIBED THE FEELING, PATIENT SAID SHE JUST FEEL WEIRD LIKE NAUSEA AND NUMBNESS AROUND HER LEGS AND HER CHEST FELT TIGHT. PHARMACIST OFFERED HER TO SIT DOWN AGAIN AND ASKED HER IF SHE HAS ANY HISTORY OF ALLERGIES OR REACTIONS TO OTHER VACCINES BEFORE. PATIENT SAID NO REACTION TO HER YEARLY FLU SHOTS AND NEVER FELT LIKE THIS BEFORE AND STATED SHE'S ALLERGIC TO AMOXICILLIN ONLY. PHARMACIST OFFERED TO CALL THE AMBULANCE FOR HER AND GAVE HER SOME WATER. AMBULANCE CAME IN AROUND 9:40AM AND ASKED PATIENT SOME QUESTIONS AND TOOK HER TO THE ER.

On Saturday 6/26, I got the J&J vaccine at the clinic. That night I experienced whole body soreness/achiness, my entire left arm felt tingly and numb and restless, my back hurt a lot and I had a really bad headache. I felt dehydrated. I drank water but I still felt dehydrated. On Sunday 6/27, I was tired because I couldn't sleep well because my head hurt so bad the night before. My symptoms were the same as on Saturday night. On Monday 6/28 everything is the same except now I'm also throwing up, I'm not able to keep food or water down. I do not have a temperature.

Patient voiced she was anxious and asked for water. Patient voiced she felt warm then became unconscious for few seconds. Her head was protected from injury. 911 called. No medication given. Ice pack given for cooling measures. Patient said she felt fine and refused further treatments and hospitalization. O2 saturation 99% room air. Heart rate 90bpm. No shortness of breath and no other abnormal findings noted.

Severe headache (to the point where it was affecting my vision), dehydration, sweats and chills as though I had a fever, muscle aches, and difficulty sleeping. All of these symptoms lasted for approximately 9 hours. They started 10 hours after the vaccine itself.

4:50-11:45 PM-No symptoms or adverse effects 11:45 PM on 3/11/2021: I started to experience extreme chills that woke me up from a rather deep sleep (due to my intake of 2, 10 mg Melatonin over the counter supplements). I had also drank some ginger and lemon tea before bed due to stomach upset (however I believe that may be linked to my history of digestion issues that are currently going under diagnosis linked to lactose intolerance and food sensitivity). 12:00 AM 3/12/2021: I started to experience a headache, muscular aches, and chills continuing. I made myself a cup of mint tea for the warmth and the addition of the stomach settling aspect of mint. 12:15 AM 3/12/2021: I had a bowel movement and the nausea and stomach upset and gas has begun to pass (making me think that portion is linked to non-related issues of the vaccine, but wanted to note in case your professional opinion thought otherwise!). Chills, aches, and headache still continuing with little shift in extremity. 12:30 AM 3/12/2021

Started feeling lethargic around 7. At 8 pm I started feeling nauseous. At 8::30 I started getting chills, and by 9pm I had a fever. I was achy, nauseous, and have chills/ a fever until the next day around 11am. I took aspirin and Advil in intervals during this time. After my fever broke my appetite came back for a little bit. After 11am on Thursday I have had a headache and I?m extremely fatigue. I?ve been none stop sleeping for the past two days. Today I am feeling better but I?m still extremely tired even after restarting my adderall.

Client had an unwitnessed loss of consciousness after vaccination in the hallway outside of vaccination room. Nurse manager notified by client standing in doorway between hallway and vaccination room, responded immediately. Client was standing, stated she was feeling fine, appeared slightly confused. Nurse manager began to walk client to chair, client stated "I feel like it's going to happen again," had another loss of consciousness, this time assisted to the floor by two nurses. 911 called. client taken to cot inside medical consultation station via wheelchair, vital signs assessed- BP 130/78, O2Sat 99%, HR 72., RR 18. Client reporting feeling fine, denies pain. States she was leaning against the wall the first time and slid down the wall, states she doesn't believe she hit her head, denies head or neck pain. Client given water. Paramedics arrived, assessed client, all vitals normal, client decided not to be transported to the hospital.

Around 10pm on 3/26, I got a slight headache, but I am not sure if it was due to screen time or a vaccine side effect. Per the clinician that administered the shot, I took 2 tabs of Tylenol (one normal adult dose) with water and went to bed. At 1 am on 3/27, I woke up incredibly sore all over but especially in my joints. I was shivering badly and woke up in a tightly curled fetal position. I was unable to lie still or warm up. I eventually went back to sleep and woke up at 5 am, this time with extreme nausea and threw up everything I had eaten the day before. This went on for a couple of minutes. I was still shivering constantly and sore and achy everywhere. Especially in my knees, shoulders, and lower back. At 6 am, I was still awake and while I still had chills, my face felt hot and I took my temperature twice. First getting 100.74 then 100.86. Slept deeply for the rest of the night. At noon on 3/27 I woke up with no nausea, body aches but only in my joints but with general soreness everywhere (like after a good workout) and a temp still in the 100.7 degree range. I took 2 Tylenol tabs at 2pm. At 4pm, I only had slight body aches, a headache, and a slight brain fog left and my temp was at 98.7, so no more fever. No further problems showed up and when I woke up at 9 am on 3/28, I felt absolutely fine other than soreness at the injection site and a little chest tightness which last for about 2 days, through 3/30.

At 11pm I had an immediate onset fever and chills. Took Tylenol and it went away pretty quickly. Woke up at about 2am with a fever again, took Tylenol. Trouble sleeping the rest of the night with hot flashes. Migraine at about 7am, took migraine medicine, went away around 10am. Since then, major body aches and feeling out of it. Feeling better April 5th with only arm soreness.

Janssen COVID-19 Vaccine EUA I felt fine after the vaccine until that same night when my chest and neck started aching and I developed a strong headache. Ibuprofen made the aches better but the headache continued until morning and throughout the night I was unable to sleep. The following morning I have a slight fever and some minor aches.

Events: Injection site pain (mild) occurred at time of vaccine administration. Headache (moderate), chills (severe), fever (moderate), and fatigue (moderate) happened about 10 hours afterward, continued for about 14 hours, and caused disruption in sleep and normal activities. Treatment: Water and Tylenol. Outcomes: Everything resolved by 24 hours after vaccine administration except for mild pain in the vaccinated arm.

Client received the COVID vaccine (Janssen, Lot# 1808980) complained of feeling dizzy at 1424, EMT and RN responded. The client was sitting in a chair with her head in her hands, stated that she felt dizzy and was having a "hot flash." The client stated that she is anxious around needles and has a history of syncope after blood draws. She also complained of experiencing tunnel vision and hearing. The client's vital signs were a temperature of 96.7, blood pressure of 122/82, heart rate of 92, and O2 of 99%. The client stated she did eat that morning, and refused a set of repeat vitals, but agreed to wait 30 minutes for observation after her symptom onset. Per the client, she has no allergies or medical conditions, and takes no medications. At 1435, the client accepted some water to drink. At 1440, the client stated that she no longer felt dizzy. The client's color had returned and she was no longer dizzy. She agreed to have repeat vital signs at this time: blood pressure of 118/82, heart rate of 90, respiratory rate of 16, and O2 99%. The client refused benadryl at this time. At 1454, the client's vital signs were as follows: blood pressure of 116/82, heart rate of 90, respiratory rate of 12, and O2 of 99%. The client stated that she felt "back to normal" and called her sister to drive her home. She was escorted to her car by the EMT, she ambulated with a steady gait. Education provided regarding emergency response, V-safe, and the importance of following up with a primary care provider.

Very painful at time of vaccine administration. Woke up in the middle of the night (1am) feeling feverish. I would switch back and forth between being overwhelming hot to having chills. Nauseated, muscle aches all over, headaches, exhaustion, and slight dizziness when standing up.

I had a headache around 9:30 am, but I did not think too much about it. I began feeling tired and started getting mild body aches in my ankles in legs. I woke up at 1:30 am with severe body aches from my head to my toes. I was experiencing nausea and sweating and cold chills. I could not sleep at all. These symptoms lasted 6 hours. I had a fever of 107 degrees Fahrenheit at 6am. I could not move without being in severe pain. Today, I woke up with a swollen face. I feel very weak and fatigued. I am experiencing body aches, headaches, and tiredness.

Woke up at midnight with intense chills, sweating, and body aches. Body pain rated about a 6. Panic attack ensued until about 12:30am. Body aches relieved by advil. Chills/sweats continued until about 10am, Body aches continued past 11:30am.

At about 5 hours after receiving the vaccine at around 5 p.m., I developed a pounding headache. As the night continued, if I moved my head at all it would cause severe pain and a pounding headache. Additionally, I experienced shooting pains through my neck and back, I became extremely hot to the touch, yet I felt freezing cold and could not stop shivering. Then I developed severe aching and tingling from the top of my head to the tips of my toes, with excruciating lower back pain and I could feel my heart beating very fast. My entire body was tense and sore. These symptoms did not alleviate for 12 hours and I could not fall asleep due to the discomfort I was in. I finally was able to fall asleep at 6 a.m. after the aching/tingling/pain/hotness subsided (about 12 hours after side effects started).

Woke up 12 hours after vaccine shivering uncontrollably. Got several blankets and dozed back off to wake up a couple hours later dripping in sweat. My body ached the day after the shot and then the evening after is when my symptoms became more severe. I was extremely tired and my entire body hurt. It hurt to even touch my hair, lay in bed, stand, and be covered up by blankets. The following day I just felt tired and my arm was sore. Three days after my vaccine I woke up with a sore throat and neck, but just on the left side. I slept the majority of the day and my body felt achy all day. Four days after my vaccine I woke up again shivering uncontrollably and my body felt sore all over.

-4 PM: intense headache -11:30 PM chills, uncontrollable vomiting -1:00 AM dizzy, fading consciousness, full-body tingling, paralysis and stiffness of legs, difficulty breathing -2:30 AM entered ER: blood tests, Tylenol, 2 IVs -7:00 AM discharged from ER -symptoms persisted the next two days, slept most of the day

I got the vaccine Tuesday evening and felt fine until Wednesday morning when I got a migraine and a fever. Thursday I felt mostly fine just some tiredness and a little weakness. Friday evening I started to feel light headed and then by Friday night I felt a lump in my throat and my neck felt like it was burning. The burning continued into Saturday. I went to the pharmacist and he told me to take some Tylenol and an antihistamine. That helped a lot with the burning feeling. Sunday I felt very weak all day and felt more of a slight tightness in my throat. Monday the weakness and tightness in the throat continued just not as extreme.

Woke up in the night due to fever. When I woke in morning I had headache and nausea. Couldn?t sleep on right arm. Symptoms lasted until 8:00 pm the following night. My arm is still puffy and red and sore. I have a rash on injection site. Also bled when I got the vaccine which hasn?t happened before.

Approximately 4 hours after receiving the injection, I started developing a fever, within an hour it had reached 103.3 F. At this point I took 400 mg of over the counter ibuprofen which helped drop my temperature slightly to approximately 102.2 F. This fever continued into the night. I took another dose of ibuprofen before sleeping, about 6 hours after the first dose. Along with fever I experienced strong shaking/chills, muscle and joint soreness, headache, dizziness, confusion, and chest pain/feeling of pressure on the chest. The day after vaccination I continued to have a low-grade fever of approximately 100 F which subsided by evening. All other symptoms subsided as well except for the chest pain. On the second day post-vaccination my only remaining symptom is the chest pain.

7 hours after the vaccine at 8pm, I had extreme chills, a fever started at 99 degrees, and my body started to hurt. At 11pm, my chills were so bad I was wearing a coat and stocking cap in my house under blankets, I was physically shaking, and my teeth were chattering. My fever was 100 degrees and my body aches were bad. From midnight until around 6 am, I was not able to sleep at all because I was so uncomfortable. My body went from having the chills to being extremely hot and couldn't cool down, my fever fluctuated between 101-102 degrees, and the muscle aches and headaches were the worst. My lower back and hip specifically hurt extremely bad to the point where I had to get up and try to walk around in hopes of making it feel better. My headache was horrible and it felt like my brain was filled with fluid and pressure. I cried on and off all night. At 2 am and again at 4 am my brain started to hallucinate and I was seeing things and having delusional thoughts. If I could have driven myself, I would have taken myself to the ER at this point but I knew in my condition I could not drive. At 6 am, my symptoms started getting a little bit better. I was not completely back to normal until about 36 hours after receiving the vaccine, but the first 12 hours were the worst.

High Fever and chills starting at 10:30pm, 6.5 hours after receiving vaccine. Fever broke about 12:30 after ibuprofen Experienced insomnia, Muscle aches, and Headache until about 3 the next day. Low grade fever next morning around noon. Managed with more ibuprofen.

I received the shot at 14:30, in which medical staff in the jail's medical center watched me for 20 minutes to ensure there were no immediate reactions. I went about my day afterward with no symptoms. At 21:30 when I went to sleep, I got some aches in my joints and took 1 dose of liquid capsule NyQuil to help with the pain and went to sleep. At 00:30, the 7th, I woke up groaning in my sleep to the extreme pain in my joints and feeling hot internally. I decided to get up and take a warm bath to ease the aches. I went and ran the bath and all of a sudden while it was running, I had a severe need to throw up, but could not naturally. Since this was concerning, I got up and walked out of the bathroom and all of a sudden in the hall I got a feeling of impending doom and that something was not right and I fainted. I laid on the floor for what I would approximate to be 5 minutes going in and out of consciousness waiting for the blood to fully return to the brain. After this, I instantly felt like I needed to survive and that I felt like I could be dying so I slowly crawled down the stairs to get to my military ID so I could call the military's nurse advice line. I had to take a break and lay on the concrete in my garage because I felt so dizzy and so hot and began to feel my vision disappear like I was going to faint again. I waited a few minutes before getting back up the stairs crawling to my phone to call. When I called them 00:58, they told me to call 911 because they believed I would be having a severe reaction, though I noted to them I did not have a rash or hives. I then called 911 at 01:08. They sent EMT's to my home which took my vitals. I had normal blood pressure, SPo2, and temp, but an elevated heart rate of just under 100 and a high respiration rate. EMT's made the decision for me to stay home since the hospital did not seem immediate in their opinion. After this I stayed on the couch for a few minutes and then felt very tired so I walked slowly to my room and fell asleep. I woke up at 06:00 for work, and arrived at 07:00. In the hour after waking up I was achy, sweating, and felt light headed. I got to work and my Sergeant told me to go home and sleep. I slept another 5 hours at 08:00 and when I woke up most of my symptoms went away other than aches and getting flush very easily for 5 days. At this current time all I notice is some random light headedness that quickly resolves and comes a few times a day at random and without cause.

Insomnia, Fever, Severe chills, sharp shooting body pains all over, fatigue, muscle aches, vomiting Treated with Tylenol, Advil, not much helped- 24 hours later still lingering symptoms with random sharp shooting body pains,

3:00pm - immediately sore arm & feeling ?high? 5:00pm- feeling off, dull headache 7:00pm - severe chills, headache, fever 99 9:00pm - fever 103 9:15pm - fever 106, took aleve, vomiting, pulsing headache 9:45pm - diagnosed with hyperpyrexia, directed by doctor to take ice bath & place ice packs around joints while sleeping, fever dropped to 103 10:15pm - directed by doctor to take Tylenol Extra Strength, fever 103 10:40pm - fever 101 7am - fever 99, extreme body aches (feeling of being hit by a bus) 9am - fever 102, ice packs , headache, took Tylenol 5pm and thru night - nausea, chills, fever 100 Extremely fatigued, extremely sore, on/off nausea, on/off headache for 2 -3 more days. Started feeling mostly better by Sunday evening.

Immediately after receiving the shot I began to have fairly intense pain at injection site. It continued in waves. I began to walk around the store for the allotted 15 minutes. I began to feel very dizzy and faint. My ears began ringing and I didn?t feel well. I stumbled back to the pharmacy to ask for help. At this point I was also feeling like it was very hard to breathe. I explained all these symptoms to the pharmacists on duty and they told me to just sit down. After sitting down I still felt faint but suddenly felt the need to vomit. I stumbled to the bathroom where I collapsed in front of the toilet and passed out twice, striking my head and throat on the bowl. After awaking I was very disoriented and felt very hot and clammy. The pharmacist then came and found me and told me to once again sit down and continue waiting. After sitting down for about 5 more minutes I began to feel less dizzy and was having an easier time breathing. I left the store as the pharmacist was ignoring me and didn?t seem concerned about my symptoms. After arriving home I was tired and week and very very cold. I noted my body temp was lower than usual. I took a nap and then these symptoms continued for about 24 hours. I am now feeling much better.

Patient was very very anxious to receive the IMZ. Pharmacist calmed the patient down and administered the IMZ. Patient went over to wait 15 minutes in the post IMZ waiting area . Patient started to become very anxious again while waiting and vomited. Pharmacist came out & assisted and calmed the patient down. Provided water to patient and after patient calmed down & feeling OK patient left with her father. Patient was feeling fine when left with her father.

Patient received vaccine and fainted. Significant other was with patient at the time and reported patient "convulsing". Patient reported feeling numb and tingly at extremities and hyperventilating. Patient was sweating and extremely anxious. EMT arrived, assessed patient, and escorted patient out of facility.

Patient was very nervous about getting the covid vaccine. She sat for 15 minutes and after about 8 minutes she said she thought she was having a panic attack and felt hot. Tech administered vaccine and sat with her the whole wait time since she was nervous. Held an ice pack on her neck when she stated she felt hot. The 15 minute timer went off and she still felt nervous so she continued to sit. Rph also was present once the ice pack was given. She had a dry heave at about 12 minutes. After 20 minutes we moved her to the floor she said she was seeing light flashes. She was sweaty and hot. BP was taken at 420pm 162/109 and 98 pulse. Asked pt if we could call an ambulance, she felt she didn't need one. We got lead from Division 1, also suggested an ambulance and this time pt said ok. Now BP taken was 157/109 and pulse 108. Patient felt a dry heave and we put her on her side. Ambulance arrived and put pt on a stretcher.

I have an extreme fear of needles and we thought that the dizziness came from that and the nauseous came from that as well, that night I had a tough time sleep because my arm was so painful and over the next several days my arm had became inflamed and red we noticed that my sugar had started climbing. So I was kinda okay Monday still kinda sick and nauseous at 6:00 am that morning I started to throw up and I threw up at 6 times my mother had to call 911 and I was taken to hospital in the squad my sugar was 501 I was dka, I had to go without food and water for over a day. I had complications with the insulin and the shot was causing my sugar to rise and there were complication. I was not able to lay on my left for a week longer maybe a little longer. I think my shot was infected it started to leak white goop as well. I was on an insulin drip for a while, my pump was not working so I had to stay longer until a new pump came. I went into the er Tuesday morning and came out Thursday morning

The day I got the vaccine I had been having health problems. I had been having withdrawal from one of my medications and I had lost weight. Right away after the shot I passed out and when I came to, I threw up a couple of times. I was taken to the ER and I had low potassium levels were low, but all other tests were normal. I had some aches pains and feverishness for a couple of days. Five days after the vaccine I had bad diarrhea several times a day. I was nauseous and feeling bad. I had an appointment with my GI doctor a week later but I had to go to the ER before that. They did not find anything in most tests. The next day I tested positive for CDIFF. I was prescribed antibiotics. I went back to the ER a third time because the Vancomycin prescription had caused severe nausea. I am still feeling bad after six weeks but it has gotten better.

The first day, I was in a lot of pain all over my body, the normal aches and flu-like symptoms. I was in so much pain that I cried. Because I have fibromyalgia, my doctor advised that I go to the hospital because it hurt to touch my skin. I was sent to the ER a week later because my symptoms had lasted so long, I had a persistent headache, and they wanted to check for thrombosis.

6/ 09 After vaccination was given, pt started to feel funny and nauseous. She later began to get a headache ( by this time 10-15 later she wasn't nauseous or feeling funny). Pt said she would take Tylenol for headache. After 10 minutes she said she felt better, just a little lingering headache. Today (6/10) when I followed up with her, She stated that she started to get Chills, minor aches and pains and a headache that was going away with Tylenol. She has a telemed apt with her Dr and she will let Dr know about lingering head that's not getting better with medication.

approx at 1120 am, pt returned to mvu5 ne2 after being administered Janssen 1808980. C/C dizziness, nausea and anxiety. Denied cp and sob. No rash, swelling and diaphoretic noted at this time. Pt is aox4, able to make needs known. Prior to receiving vaccine pt stated that she was nervous about the injection, after returning to mvu5 this was addressed and pt confirmed she was feeling anxiety due to tensions in her home environment get and only have light breakfast (smoothie) and began to cry. Pt stated that her grandmother recommended her coming back to be checked out, then apologized because she was feeling better and stated she wanted to comply with her grandmother request. Pt instructed to take a couple deep breaths and to get food and drink water. at approx 1135 am, pt agreed she was feeling better and able to go to her own accord. vs wnl. Pt and grandmother were instructed to seek treatment at urgent care or emergency room if symptoms worsen.

Approximately 15 seconds after administration of the vaccine the patient passed out. The patient almost immediately regained consciousness and shook a couple of times. The pt. reported feeling dizzy so I moved her to the waiting area, with her mother, to wait to make sure she was feeling ok and that there were no more adverse reactions. After 5 minutes the pt. reported that her legs felt like jelly, that her head and legs felt like they were burning and that her throat was feeling dry/tight. I gave the pt. 25mg of oral diphenhydramine and immediately called 911. I monitored the patient and her breathing until the paramedics arrived. Upon arrival the paramedics took over the patient care, the pt. was eventually transported to the hospital.

About twelve hours after the vaccination, I was unable to sleep and felt so nauseous I almost vomited. In the months following the vaccination, I have experienced increased IBS symptoms and joint pain and back/neck spasms. I have also felt just general malaise.

Pt fainted in waiting area after her vaccine. She was fine after I tended to her. It was about 5 min after her vaccination. After talking to her, it was determined that she has anxiety and she has fainted with blood draws in the past.

Headache and overwhelming exhaustion of 1.5 days duration starting approximately 1 hour after vaccination. Lethargy and mental fog of >2 days post vaccination starting 1 hour after vaccination

Fever of 102 degrees, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cold sweats, Headache, Body Aches, Sore Arm, Inability to sleep

Night of vaccine, I woke up at about 4am experiencing chills and a headache. Headache and minor chills still remain as well as fever, aches, fatigue, and weakness.

Patient vitals at time of presentation 135/96, HR 105, SP02 98%. Patient states that she has hx of health anxiety and took 0.5mg Lorazepam prior to appt. however, after injection, she became cold and tearful and states "I'm starting to have a panic attack". Patient brought to tent, vitals above. pt starting to feel better after being distracted. Pt left at 1113 feeling back to baseline. at 1058 BP 131/95.

Patient began having anxiety, nausea, headache, tachycardia, elevated BP. Patient was walked to nursing staff for further observation.

Brain fog; chills & shaking; skin feeling raw; headache; brain zaps; fatigue; sore muscle; slight bruising at injection site

Patient received her Janssen COVID vaccine and was sitting in a chair in the conference room when she slumped over in her chair and became unresponsive. Patient had just received her one dose Janssen vaccine and was sitting in a chair approximately 3-5 minutes after receiving the vaccine. She began to slump over in her chair and was unresponsive. Two RNs responded to assess the patient. Patients feet were elevated and ice packs applied to her neck and axillary areas. Patient was breathing and had a pulse. Patient responded to her name once and then passed out again. Patient was unable to respond after this. Her eyes were open. Patient was lifted into a wheelchair by three nurses and brought to a private area. Patient was warm and sweat was running down her face. Her sweater was removed and ice packs again were applied to her neck and axillary area. Patient continued to have a pulse and was breathing. EMS was called. Patient slowly began to come around and could answer questions after about 5 minutes of being unresponsive. She was confused and had no memory of what had occurred. She reported feeling light headed and seeing spots in her vision. She continued to feel light headed. EMS assessed patient. Vitals were stable and blood sugar was WDL. Patient reported feeling much better. She denied feeling light headed or dizzy any longer. She was able to answer all questions asked. Patient did not want to go to the hospital and refused transport to the hospital via ambulance. She was observed for an additional 20-30 minutes at which time her boss arrived to pick her up. She was educated on calling 911 if she began to feel light headed or dizzy again. Patient verbalized understanding. She was walked to the car by an RN.

Started developing a headache about 2/3 hours after the vaccine. Took some ibuprofen, at 7:11am I still have a severe headache being treated by otc pain reliever. About 2:30am I woke up from my headache and realized I was freezing cold, dispute it being 74 degrees in my house. I did not have a fever but I had extreme chills, my entire body shivering and shaking at some points. This made it hard to stand or even get some water. These lasted about 2 hours or so. Once I was able to get warm again, under several blankets and a heated blanket they did go away and I did not experience them again.

I started experiencing side effects about 6 hours after receiving the vaccine. I experienced chills, sweating, 99.5 fever, headache, head pounding, dizziness, nausea, tiredness, sore body, sore left arm, and had trouble sleeping. I took two Motrin pills and felt a little better and was able to sleep. In the morning, I woke up tired, sweating, had a sore left arm and sore body so I took two more Motrin pills and am feeling mostly better. Fever, headache, head pounding, dizziness, and nausea are gone.

Initial injection was recieved with arm extended out and raised in car window. Really painful injection. Several seconds after vaccine injected I felt a wave of chills on my body and immediately started profusely sweating. Seconds after that i then began to get extremely dizzy, blacking out, trying to stay conscious for a personnel to walk by and after a few moments the feeling slowly lightened up minus the excessive sweating and chills. Personnel then told me it was just anxiety and brushed it off. I have never had a reaction like this from a vaccine before so this experience was unsettling.

103 farenhieght degree fever that won't break with Tylonel or Ibuprofen. Extreme muscle pain all over my body. Nauseous. Can't sleep from so much pain and fever.

Got the shot at 9:20am on Saturday (April 10th). By the time I sat down to do the 15min waiting period before I could leave. My arm from the back of my shoulder all the way down to around my thumb joint in my hand ached so bad. By around 3pm on the same day, I started to feel really tired and had a pounding migraine. By 4:30p I started to get really cold and everything started to ache. By 6p I was feeling hot but at the same time cold and shivering. My head was pounding. Every muscle ached all over my body, and by every muscle I mean even my eye muscles and pelvic floor muscles. My face had so much sinus pressure that it felt like it could explode. My skin, all over my body, was so sensitive that it hurt to the touch. On top of my skin being sensitive to the touch, off and on my skin would tingle, including the inside of my mouth and tongue. My lymph nodes were swollen enough in my neck that my throat ached. I was mentally confused and shaking. Everything got bad enough I started crying and hyperventilating. I felt sick to my stomach and felt digestive pain. My entire body felt so heavy. By the time it got to around 8p, my mom finally took my temperature, which at that point I had already been taking Tylenol all day and was no longer shivering, and I had a temperature of 101 degrees F. I finally went to bed around 9p. I was thirsty but my stomach felt sick. I still ached and woke up around 10 times throughout the night either feeling too hot or cold or hurting so bad. At 4am I took a Tylenol because it everything hurt bad enough to able to fall asleep. The next day. I mostly better. I was still tired and a little achy and my lymph nodes under my arm pits were swollen. At this point my lungs felt strange. Harder to breathe than normal. I was starting to cough. The day after that (today) I have felt fairly normal except I?m coughing and my lungs still feel a little strained. No more aches or fever or anything like that though.

Patient said she is scared of needles and has fainted after injections. Immediately after injection she said she felt dizzy then she slumped in her chair and closed her eyes was unresponsive and pale for about a minute. When she responded she was slightly confused for about 30 minutes sat up drank water and put cold paper on her forehead and her back of her neck. Rested for half an hour. Then walked assessed to observation area.

Chills after 6 hours, followed by dizziness and confusion and fever. overnight fever of 102 and headache. body aches.

First day - Wednesday: Return home from work for lunch around 12am. - leg pain (really bad, muscular-like pain. Ache, sore. Would flare. Sometimes in knees, mostly in calves... continued until midway through the night) - fatigue (felt just a little more tired than normal, really tired by bed time: 9pm) - heightened heart rate (excitement from vaccine / apprehension for potential illness?) Second day - Thursday: - fatigue (tired all day, almost fell asleep through a couple meetings) - leg pain (reappeared in the morning, ached and throbbed. Made it difficult to relax. Was gone around 3/4pm) - headache (probably from dehydration, I was warm, but not completely a fever. Attempted to drink a lot of water, but too much made me nauseous) - chills (sporadic, barely noticeable except it agitated the headache) - nausea (I barely ate more than a granola bar and attempted to drink water and tea, but too much made me sick, especially if it had sugar - mainly drank water. Had some soup later in the day (6pm) and most of the nausea went away)

Trouble breathing as the shot was administered. Vision began to black out after 3 minutes. Urge to vomit, extreme nausea. Passed out, unconscious within 5 minutes of receiving the shot. Could not sit up/dizzy for 30 minutes. Nausea, weakness, dizzy, poor mental acuity/memory. Later that night, and through the night for 10 hours, severe back pain. Nausea, severe weakness, dizzy, poor mental acuity and memory, sweats and chills. The next day (day immediately after receiving vaccine) symptoms continued but lessened by 5 pm. Each day since then, the symptoms have ALL remained in a more mild form. Today is day 6 and I still have moderate back pain and occasional sweats, weakness and fatigue.

Felt generally unwell 12 hours after the vaccination: onset of headache and body aches. During the night, fever spiked to 103 degrees, had uncontrollable shakes, chills, cold sweats, dizziness, and mild nausea. This lasted roughly 48 hours. After 48 hours, fever was reduced, body aches remained, but other symptoms subsided. I continue to feel generally unwell with body aches and a slight fever. In retrospect, I should have gone to the hospital.

The night of the shot I was unable to sleep while in excruciating pain all over by body. I had a fever for 6 hours. I was to week to move for hours and when I finaly could get up and move around I was unable to even open my contact case to take them out because I was to week. The pain continued until noon when it lessened some with tons of advil I was able to move around slowly but pain persisted throughout the day and into the next 2 days. I finaly woke up pain free 4 days after getting the vaccine.

Shortly after receiving the vaccine, I had a headache. Around 3am on Friday I had a fever, body aches, chills and still a terrible headache. Today is the 14th, 6 days after I received the vaccine and I still have a terrible headache which even prevents me from sleeping. I cannot explain the feeling of the headache, but it is terrible

Tiredness, achy-ness, high fever (102.7°), mental fogginess, shivering/tremors from feeling cold, this went on for over forty minutes before I fell asleep still shaking. I had not taken Tylenol or any other forms of medication at this time to alleviate symptoms. That night I took two Tylenol 500 mg and symptoms from fever began to subside. Following day still experienced fatigue , low energy, and achy-ness.

Patient sat for her 15 minute observation. About 3-5 minutes into sitting she reported "not feeling well". Patient was a walk-in COVID-19 applicant. She filled out her form and told me she's very scared of needles and has fainted in the past from getting a vaccine. I asked whether she was comfortable receive vaccine at pharmacy setting and she said she really wanted the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine to avoid getting two shots. She appeared calm and the administration of the vaccine went smoothly without any issues. During the 15 minute observation period, patient's mother and technicians alerted me she has fallen over. I quickly instructed by technician to call 911, while the other paged CODE WHITE and I rushed to the patient. Her father helped me lie her down on their back (supine) and I elevated the patient s feet onto the chair. I took of her mask to listen to make sure she was breathing and she quickly regained consciousness and looked right at me. I had her take some deep breaths for me to make sure airways were clear and helped her sit down in a chair. I asked her to stay an additional 15 minutes to ensureshe is feeling fine. She decline emergency personnel from coming to the store. She was fine and left the store after 15 minutes. I will follow up with her to make sure she's doing well on 05/10/21.

Headache about an hour after; chills and worsening headache around 6 PM into the night; took Tylenol around 7 PM for the headache, and it improved; chills and returning headache kept me up during the night and I probably had a fever as well; took temperature at 9:30 AM the following morning and had a fever of 100.3 F; napped until around 3 PM and felt better when I woke up (headache, chills, fever gone)

Got the shot on March 16, and came down with a fever and aches by 9pm. Overnight I got a 103 fever and had a 99.9 fever for the next day. On March 18, I noticed what I thought looked like razor bumps from shaving but they really hurt. I had not been sexually active and was confused what they would be. Went to the gyno and she thought they were in grown hairs from shaving and sweating from my fever. Then over the weekend I experienced more red spots on my crotch and severe pain that kept me up at night and made me want to cry. I called the emergency line for the gynocologist and she prescribed something for a bacterial infection as well as for type 1 herpes. I then went in the following thursday and was seen again for the bumps. The bumps felt exactly like described in other cases i recently read about - shingles. I was in pain for 2-3 weeks and would use zinc and witch hazel and advil to try to get through the pain. It did eventually feel better and go away.

Two hours after the vaccine I felt bad. I had fatigue and a very sharp headache, chills and muscle and joint pain. The headache was very painful. I took Tylenol and used ice packs. I was still experiencing fatigue, nausea and headaches for tow weeks after the shot. The fatigue was very severe and I had no energy. Several weeks after the vaccine I was still very fatigued, and my depression was getting worse. I felt fine before the vaccine and my medication was working. My dosage was increased and it helped with the symptoms. It seems to have stabilized now after eight weeks.

patient had fainted a couple minutes after receiving vaccine due to a panic attack from getting a vaccine and fell the floor. patient was observed and emergency squad was called to make sure patient was ok and was subsequently discharged from their services after observation.

patient had an anxiety attack related to vaccine administration (needles) and potential side effects after administration. vitals : hr 50, r 30, BP 140/100,m o2 sat 88%. EMS was called due to dropping o2 sat and HR. vitals reached normal range after EMS arrived. final vitals upon leaving facility: HR 56, R 25, BP 138/90, O2SAT 99%. EMS took patient to mt sinai west in NYC for further observation.

Starting that night i had usual flu like symptoms, pain in hip that is continuing, shooting pains and pressures, episodes of pains where i cannot even keep my eyes open. Shooting pains in head that extend to eyes, achy hands and a dead weight feeling in feet. Back aches and pains. Constant pains in hips and breasts. Doctor has said this is neurological pains. Shakes, tremor in right arm, twist that happens in the forearm and upper arm shakes. Sensitivity to light and sound, I cannot listen to music. I cannot work, on my back all day lying down. Test scheduled this week with neurologists.

The evening patient received the vaccine started feeling feverish, tired, anxious, and experienced shortness of breath with the feeling of "throat closing" This resolved on its own, patient did not seek any medical care and patient was fine at the time of reporting to the pharmacy (5/20/21)

Thursday, 05/20/2021 02:05PM received Janssen 0.5mL to left deltoid IM injection. 04:55PM Noticed a pin needle like rash on my chest, stomach, and neck. 05:00PM Took 50mg of Benadryl. 05:40PM Took another 50mg of Benadryl due to rash being more present on my chest, stomach, and neck. Itching began on the neck behind the ears. 05:50PM Noticed difficulty/restriction to swallowing. 06:20PM Checked into a facility. Waited an hour to be seen by a provider, Dr. He states only an acute reaction without examining my body of the rash; only examined my back & inside my mouth. I informed him that my rash was on my chest, stomach, neck, now my arms, and top of my thighs. He provided Prednisone and dismissed me. (I will be filing for malpractice) 08:00PM- Got home, still have rash with some difficulty swallowing. Friday, 05/21/21 06:00AM- Rash seems to subside and throat is fine, but swollen. 09:00AM While at work, coworker mentions my face is red. Rash came back to my arms and is now on my face. I took 50mg of Benadryl. 03:00PM Left work early since I could not take another dose of Benadryl to drive home. 03:20PM Rash has spread to whole entire body except lower than the knee. Took another 50mg of Benadryl. 09:00PM Took 25 mg of Benadryl went to bed. Saturday, 05/22/21 07:00AM Rash is more noticeable and red. Everywhere on the body, swelling to ears and throat. Took 50mg of Benadryl.

On 06/12/21 patient received the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine at the mass vaccine event approximately 15 hours prior to arrival to the ED. Patient reports at approximately 2300 hours (12 June 21) she awoke with hives around her mouth; however, went back to sleep. Just PTA to the ED (0358 hours) she reports awakening with dyspnea, facial swelling with worsening facial rash into her hairline, throat feeling tight and difficulty swallowing. Patient arrived to ED where she received Epi 0.3 mg SQ, Benadryl 50 mg IV, Solu-Medrol 125 mg, Famotidine 20 mg IVPB with improvement in symptoms. Patient was observed for greater than 4 hours in the ED without sequela or further intervention required. D/C with RX: Benadryl, Zyrtec, Prednisone taper, and an Epi Pen and instructions to f/u on Monday 14 June 21.

About 4 hours after receiving the vaccine, I began to feel very nauseous and awful. I ended up throwing up twice. I went extremely pale. My lips and fingers were blue. I was incredibly cold, shaking and simultaneously felt hot. I also almost blacked-out. The shaking lasted for about an hour. I continued to feel sick and exhausted for about a week, but felt much better after the first day.

Starting the day of the shot, I had chills and heat flashes, often back to back along with muscle pain. Starting June 12th, I had random shaking of my right arm, so much so that I believed the baby in my lap was having a seizure, only to realize it was my arm. It happened every few minutes daily, however, I was out of town and didn?t know of any places to report it. I have video footage of the shaking. Since then, if I get excited or nervous about anything, I feel a sensation that I can only describe as my blood vibrating. I quickly calm myself and it goes away. Other than that, I have persistent stomach pain whenever I eat. It?s a pain I?ve never felt before and don?t know how to describe it. It takes place right above my navel and lasts for what I assume is the duration of me eating.

Blurred vision, dizziness, itching, tightness of chest, headache.1340 c/o itching nose/chest tightness along with anxiousness BP 124/80, HR 60, RR 18, SpO2 98% RA. Resp. easy/even. Denies difficulty with swallowing. C/o Blurred vision at this time. 1349 States that chest tightness is resolved. Continue to c/o blurred vision. States that after receiving vaccination she almost immediately had an instant headache. 1356 States that itching is now resolved, along with tightness of chest/blurred vision. States that her headache remains. 1408: BP 116/76, HR 68, RR 18, Continue c/o headache. No other complaints at this time. Staff nurse suggested pt get a ride home. Pt denied need for a ride stating that she was fine other than the headache. 1413 Pt released to go home. Pt reminded to call PCP for any further adverse reactions.

Per client: As vaccine went in arm went numb, then felt light headed as walking to chair, while sitting vision went blurry and hearing went muffled; feels a little shaky; EMT checked BP 95/66; At 1427 vision and hearing better; BP range 101/68; Client reports her usually BP is "average"; at 1433 BP per EMT 102/72 while sitting; at 1436 BP per EMT while 93/68 standing; client continues to feel lightheaded; EMT discussed treatment options with client to transport her to the free standing emergency department (FSED) or call husband to pick her up. Client decided to call husband to come and pick her up; EMT recommends her to go to FSED.

Shortness of breath, vomiting, severe fatigue, lightheadedness, chest pains, severe pain in left arm, fever, chills. Symptoms lasted until 3/23/2021 (48 hours). Since then, personality has changed - angry and irritable.

Patient was in the waiting room after vaccine and began to feel dizzy after 10 minutes. She became unconscious and began to stumble unto the floor but was caught and held by her mother. After 1 minutes, the patient regained consciousness. She was given cold water and rubbing alcohol to forehead to help her. Her mother reported that the patient has a fear of needles and was anxious. The ambulance arrived but was refused by patient. The fire department arrived and monitored patient's blood pressure.

Started to feel tired a few hours after the vaccine with slight aches. I had a fever by the time I went to bed. The entire night was spent tossing and turning, drenched in sweat while simultaneously feeling like I was on fire. On top of this I had a massive headache. Today is the day after and my fever has gone down throughout the day, but it is pretty bad. I still have a headache and also vomited a few times today. I have been taking acetaminophen and took some pepto bismol. I was able to start eating later in the day.

The whole night after the injection I was sweaty, couldn't get comfortable. Woke up feeling sore and dizzy with a terrible, painful headache. When I attempted to take a shower, I fainted for a few seconds and it was a struggle to move. Only felt comfortable when I was laying down. My muscles all felt painful and sore, had a painful headache, felt very disoriented and woozy. It was a struggle to walk or move, and couldn't talk loud or for a long time at once. Had to go home from work and spent the rest of the day sleeping. Around 4pm, 24 hours after the injection, my muscles felt less sore and was feeling better. The next morning, I was back to being completely normal.

About 4 hrs later, I had a headache and neck ache. Around 8hrs after injection, I grew ill with a fever, severe muscle and joint aches, nausea, and the headache worsened into neck pain. I have had a bit of anxiety and all around emotional swings. I felt foggy and "off" at this time, like my head isn't clear. There has also been constant aching at the site of injection in my left arm.

I walked up the stairs to go to bed at 10:45pm and started feeling very dizzy, lightheaded, and nauseous. At the top of the stairs I passed out and fell backwards. Not sure exactly how long I was out, but no more than a few minutes. When I woke up I was disoriented and nauseous but didn't have the strength to get up. I rolled into my side and vomited 3 times. My fiance helped me get up slowly. He took my temp but I did NOT have a fever. The nausea, dizziness, and lightheadedness subsided after about 10 minutes, so I decided to NOT seek medical attention. This morning I have a headache and body aches in my lower back and left arm.

During day of vaccination (recieved at 10am) Painted injection site, being unable to use that arm. Progressed to severe body aches, severe fatigue, nausea, vomiting, constipation, sciatica starting to act up with muscle cramps and back pain. The next day symptoms continued at the same levels causing work missed.

Dizziness, Lightheadedness, right throat started after 2 minutes and continued to get worse. Altered consciousness began. Anaphylaxis started approximately 25 minutes after vaccine.

About 8 hours after administration, I got severe muscle aches and chills, such that I was shivering uncontrollably for a few hours, not sure how long. Hurt like nothing I?ve ever experienced before. Considered going to a hospital but couldn?t think of how bc I wasn?t thinking straight. It got a little better around midnight and I could get up enough to take some Advil (I had before when I first felt it coming on), had an intense migraine for the rest of the night but migraines I can deal with. Now I?m just a little dizzy and sore. But that was the worst.

Vaccine received at 1:00pm 7:00pm - weird electric/struck by lightning pins and needles feeling in body 8:00pm- severe uncontrollable/involuntary shaking, unlike flu or anything else before 10:00 pm - 103.2 fever until 5:00pm following day Extreme headaches all night, pounding unable to sleep Extreme body aches 10:00pm-6:00pm following day

Arm was sore in injection site immediately after injection and has remained sore. Started getting a headache around 6/7pm. Headache got worse and started getting muscle aches all over body around 8/9pm. Skin was very sensitive and tender to the touch (eg touching my arm or brushing up against something). Fever started around 9pm, went up to 101.4°F. Had chills. Trouble sleeping. Now 7:30am the next day and still have body aches and severe headache, but don?t feel as feverish. Finally took 2 extra strength Tylenol tablets around 7:30am so hopefully that will help.

Started feeling a strong needle like pain in the left ear. Pain later extended to top left of head and along left side of neck. Strong pain even from brushing hair when applied to top of left side of scalp. Feeling of pressure being applied to the top of left side of head. During the first day, I felt fatigued and had difficulty focusing. The pain continued for about 2 days, until I took Tylenol I did feel the pain subside.

Within the first eight hours, I felt hyper-energetic, giddy, giggly, and drunk. I had no alcohol! Meanwhile, my sister had the same vaccine at the same time as me (she is 2 years younger), and she had the opposite psychological reaction?weepiness, lack of energy, sadness. These symptoms went away when we went to sleep that night. For the next few days, we had flu-like symptoms (aches, fatigue, intermittent nausea).

Severe dizziness lasting days along with headaches and muscle aches. Inability to do daily tasks because I am so dizzy and my head hurts so bad. I am so tired and exhausted

Approximately 8 hours after the shot I started feeling the onset of chills. Had chills and a fever (over 100) for approximately 4 hours. Had trouble sleeping through the night, profusely sweating, headache. 24 hours after the shot, I no longer had a chill/fever but continued to have a headache, be extremely hot/sweating, experience brain fog for 1-2 more days. Symptoms lessened over time, but I was still weak and had brain fog 72 hours after my injection. Soreness in my arm lasted about 5 days.

Patient experienced an elevated temperature up to 104 degrees F 24hrs post vaccination along with some reported confusion. Over the next 48 hrs temperature fluctuated between 102-103 degrees. She reports confusion and difficulty with movement to lower extremities. Per her report she "felt like she had a stroke". Presented to the ER on 4/3/21 due to chest pain, no physical findings diagnosed with the exception of potential psychosis per patient report. Over the next week, patient reports experiencing seizure-like activity and pronounced difficulty with speech (stutter). Again went to ER an 4/10/21. Diagnosed with conversion disorder. on 4/13/21, seizure like activity persisted along with speech disturbances. ER referred to outpatient neurology. Additional symptoms experienced include headache and weight loss since 3/26/2021

Multiple episodes of recurrent syncope on Saturday with fall. 4-6 episodes of LOC lasting minutes at a time, 2-3 minutes between episodes. Each episode of LOC followed by several seconds of confusion, then immediately back to baseline. One episode associated with urinary incontinence

Symptoms from vaccine: low fever, intense headache, extreme fatigue, very sore arm (couldn't lift arm for a few days), tingling sensation in left arm/hand/leg that would come and go, would get winded easily, chills, sweats. Most of the symptoms lasted 3-4 days but the extreme fatigue and sore arm lasted for a week. Symptoms were similar to when I had covid, but was surprised that some symptoms lasted a full week. Had to take off work for a few days.

While sitting in a chair waiting 15 minutes after the shot she was fine one minute and then passed out. When she came to the pharmacist gave her some orange juice. It didn't help and she was very nauseous. When she got up to leave she was totally incoherent, was unable to walk on her own. When she got home she was no better so I first called our family doctor which both said take her to the ER. There they did many tests and they all came back fine so they sent her home. By that evening she was able to walk on her own and talking right. She was terribly tired and still today 4/14 she is feeling worse but still not 100%. With the pause today for this vaccine we are very worried about this.

About 7 minutes of receiving my J&J vaccine, I started to feel nauseous while sitting down and waiting for my fifteen minutes of monitoring. I experienced pain in my left arm and my heart was beating fast. My vision was in and out, started seeing black and white spots. I then got up from my chair and I went to the counter and as I was talking to the clerk telling her I did not feel good, I just went down and fainted. I had fainted and when I came back, woke up a nurse was trying t put an epi-pen on me but I told her I did not need it. They called the ambulance and they monitored me there. The EMT said to me that my blood pressure had dropped and I had had a "vasovagal syncope" and that my body probably went into shock. I did not go to the hospital and went home. For the rest of the day I felt ill, and out of it. I also felt pain, an aching pain to the right buttocks region. The next day I still felt not good. Also I have noticed since the J&J vaccine, I had my menstrual cycle but normally my menstrual cycle lasts 5 days now this month it only lasted about 4 hours and I this concerns me. Before this vaccine, I did not have experience these symptoms.

patient was nervous before the shot then got flushed and dizzy about 5-10 minutes after the shot. this made the patient more anxious and a little nauseous. she laid down with her feet propped up and had cold compresses on forehead and neck with arms crossed and within 5 minutes patient felt a lot better. she remained laying for another 10 minutes just to make sure she was better prior to getting up. after that she waited in the pharmacy in a chair for another 15 minutes for observation with no further complications.

I had a fever over 102, severe body ache, severe fatigue and lightheadedness for up to 5-6 days. Then then severe fatigue and lightheadedness remained. It's still there off and on, even after a month. Along with that, I feel very low, sleepy, and depressed. This never happened before until I took the vaccine.

Was unable to sleep due to severe pain in left arm, fever feelings, body aches, headaches, and stomach ache. Took tylenol to sleep. was unable to work the next day due to continuation of the same symptoms.

Patient was fine a few minutes after given the Janssen Vaccine, then after that patient started to get dizzy/nauseous/lightheaded/feeling faint. Patient asked if it was okay to use the restroom, in which she vomitted. Tech made sure she ok in the restroom during the vomiting episode. After a bit of time she came back out and felt fine, we got her some water and had her sit for 30 more minutes just to make sure she was ok to drive. She was completely fine afterward and state that she did feel anxious after the shot and has had issue with anxiety before in these types of situations

Muscle and joint pain, hot flashes and cold chills, restlessness, headache and pressure behind the eyes, lower back pain

About 30 seconds after the vaccine was administered the patient collapsed in her chair and began to seize. Prior to the collapse she had asked to sit for a moment and said that she was feeling strange. I stabilized her in the chair until the seizure finished, it lasted about 30 seconds. I then helped her to the floor and had her sit against the wall. She was pale and confused but conscious. She complained of head and neck pain, as well as oral pain. She denied seizures in the past, but states that she may have previously had "seizure-like activity". I asked my technician, to call 911. Once emergency services was on the way I kept her in the immunization room with the door propped open and got her an apple juice. Then I stayed with her until EMS arrived. EMS determined that she was stable and stayed with her until family arrived to take her home

My shoulder was sore for the first day or two after the vaccine, which seemed normal. But instead of getting better, it got worse. It wasn't exactly at the site of the injection, but higher and closer to my neck. It became painful to lift my shoulder to my desk to type. On April 15, my shoulder was hurting a lot and my fingers became numb during the day. It was significant enough that I went to an urgent care facility . The NP I saw indicated the thought that the inflammation in my shoulder was compressing on the nerves, leading to the numbness I felt and by then had spread up most of my arm. I also indicated that moving my arm was painful. She instructed me to take ibuprofen, 600 mg, 2x per day and see if that helped. I did that for about 2 weeks, but that much ibuprofen in my system actually caused me issues and I had to stop taking it. My shoulder becomes tired and sore, making it nearly impossible to function on a daily basis. It causes immense pain and OTC pain medications do not provide relief. I have used heat and cold, which provide temporary relief at night, but by about 1 or 2 p.m. each day I am in immense pain. Using the shoulder to type at a desk or sitting in my car with the arm pushed forward accelerate the pain each day.

The evening I got my shot I had a very bad migraine. But what concerned me was I took two birth control pills that evening, having accidentally skipped my pill the previous day. I had trouble sleeping all night with a random pains and woke up with a blood pressure of 75/45 and resting heart rate of 50 or less. I am an EMT, so I stayed supine and improved over 30 minutes, but almost went to the ER and would have, had I not been a medical professional. The propensity to clot with the Janssen as well as increased intake of birth control did not cross my mind but I want others to be aware of the potential interference there.

I received my vaccine at 5PM on 5/23/21. At 2AM on 5/24/21, I woke up uncontrollably shaking. My arms and legs and jaw were shaking so violently that I put sheets in my mouth to keep from breaking my teeth. I struggled to get to the switch to turn off the ceiling fan but realized that these weren't shivers from being cold (even though I did feel cold). They felt more like involuntary and rapid muscle contractions. My entire body (abs, legs, arms, jaw) were cramping and in intense pain, and I began to feel panicked. I attempted to control the shaking with deep breathing but this did not help. I took my temperature in my ear and it was 104 degrees. I took a muscle relaxer and Tylenol at about 2:30 AM, and began to feel control over my body at about 3:00AM. I fell asleep around 4:30AM, and my fever had not reduced. I woke up at around 9AM on 5/24/21 and had a splitting headache throughout the day, and was tired/in and out of sleep. I alternated Advil and Tylenol every 4 hours but my fever maintained at 103-104 degrees all day. On 5/25/21 my headache was gone but my fever fluctuated between 102-103 all day, and finally broke around 8PM. On 5/26/21, I had no fever, but felt chills/overheated easily through the day.

25 year old female with prior history of syncope was at public vaccine clinic when she syncopated 9 minutes s/p receiving her 1-time IM dose of J&J COVID-19 vaccine in her L deltoid. When she syncopated, she fell forward while sitting in a chair and hit her head on concrete. She suffered a 1cm superficial laceration on her L frontal scalp. There was a brief moment of generalized seizure-like activity that lasted for about 10 seconds. After this, she woke up and was able to sit up. Patient appeared anxious. She was alert and oriented x 3 once she was up with a GCS of 15.

Until ~5PM adverse events were extremely trivial -- mainly I "felt stupid". Starting about 5PM, I started feeling bad -- stomachache, strong muscle cramps primarily in the right leg (*not blood clot), and I staggered around dumbly much like a severe fever victim (*I had no actual fever). My period started about a week and a half early (typically only varies by a day or two) and was extremely thick and black, tar-like (typically is bloodlike -- reddish and watery). I did not suffer any unusual amount of period pain. Symptoms worsened sharply between 9:30-10PM, when I became extremely sensitive to light and sound and lost emotional control almost entirely. From 10PM to 4 or 5 AM, in pitch dark and total silence, I laid in my bed raging at the 'excessive brightness and noise'. The next day (5/2) my emotional state returned almost to normal, but I was still "stupid", and the leg cramps continued. I spent most of the day sleeping. I also drank obscene amounts of tea that I didn't urinate out, so I would assume that if I wasn't chugging tea like a frat boy on a keg during spring break, I would have suffered dehydration. On 5/3 my mental state returned basically to normal. The leg cramps continued. Presumptive dehydration period ended. On 5/4 the leg cramps began to subside, and my period became more normal (bloodlike, watery). On 5/5 the leg cramps and period ended.

I have developed a large knot in my arm and red fevered area the size of a baseball. It is getting bigger throughout the day. Ice does not help the swelling. Very tender to touch and hard to lift my arm for basic tasks.

Around 6:30pm I became very hot and dizzy, I sat down and splashed cold water on my face which seemed to help a little. I took tylenol (acetaminophen 500mg) and two glasses of water. As the night progressed, my lower back started to hurt and my headache continued to progress. I went to bed early to sleep it off but was woken up by overheating and headache. I took more tylenol around 3am and grabbed an icepack, this seemed to help alleviate the symptoms.

Client received Pfizer in January and had a significant reaction, including hives for several days and a chest pain with a subsequent diagnosis of cardiomyopathy. She consulted with her provider who recommended that she try to take some Miralax to see if she had a reaction, which she did, including swelling of her face/lips. She states that her provider then recommended the Janssen as a second dose instead of the Pfizer. Client received the vaccine at 12:12 pm, noticed two small hives on her left forearm a few minutes later, and then reported that she did not feel well at 12:20 pm. She was placed on a cot with a BP reading of 130//72, P -88, O2-99%. She took some oral Benadryl that she brought at 12:30 pm. She reported that her face felt "funny" and she felt hot, but started to feel better when she laid down. 12:40 pm BP 118/76, P-82, O2 98%. Client reported that her throat felt a little scratchy, but that she was also very anxious. 12:50 pm Client reported that she started to feel better. 12:52 pm O2 98%, P - 80. 1:00 P- 85, O2 99%. Client felt well and left with her father.

Began overnight after injection. Bodily fatigue, flu like symptoms, soreness and pain at injection site, headache, loss of focus, inflammation and red filled circle about 1inch diameter at injection site. Have been taking ibuprofen 600mg as treatment.
